We had taken two tickets for Emirates to travel to London from Cochin by PNR NO. K5576W tkt nos. 1765519134091, 1765519134090 in the name of George Mangally Mathew and Susan George. Now, we canceled it on May 3rd. Riya travels was the agent we booked through. Now Riya travels is not refunding us the money saying that they have not received the refund from Emirates.
Emirates confirmed that they refunded the fares to Riya on May 7th.
Riya Travels is still not paying us the refund giving lame excuses.
Riya Travels is clearly trying to CHEAT their clients.
Beware of them and their sub agents.
I am pinning down this do that no one gets CHEATED BY RIYA TRAVELS AGAIN.

Extremely disappointing experience with Riya Travels.

I have been following up for over 2 months for a refund of ₹1000, and despite multiple emails and reminders, there has been absolutely no response from their finance team.

This is not about the amount, but about the lack of professionalism and basic customer accountability. If such a small issue cannot be handled, it raises serious concerns about how larger transactions are managed.

I would strongly advise others to reconsider before engaging, unless you are comfortable with zero response post-payment.

Very disappointing experience with Riya Travels. As B2B agents, we are the ones generating bookings and business for the company, yet agents are treated with complete disrespect and unprofessional behavior.

Portal access can be blocked without any prior notice, and agents are forced to run behind the company for their own money or credits lying in the portal. Such practices create unnecessary financial pressure and operational issues for agents working honestly in the travel industry.

This kind of unfair trade practice is unacceptable. I would advise fellow travel agents to be cautious while working with this portal. There are many other travel platforms in the market that operate ethically and respect their agent partners.

Terrible at hotel selection. It looks like they don't check the hotels they book. They should be getting good commissions from Foxoso because they only recommend this chain for 3-star.

Booked us in 1-2 star hotels in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur while charging us for 3-star. The hotels lacked hot water, cleanliness and customer service. Fortunately we had a car driver who was excellent and hence our holidays was not a total disaster. They don't reply to feedback emails as well.

They are terrible at hotel selections, tour guide selections and generally a terrible vacation planning company. We were on a month long vacation and decided for Riya Travels to help us with the last 10 days with our trip visiting Kerala. I think their focus is that where they can make the most money on which hotel to book and does not care about the customer experience. Also we asked specifically for an english speaking tour guide and we have a diver whose english is non existence. They ruined the last 10 days of our trip.

Me and my family are highly impressed by the level of support and professionalism provided by Riya Travels esp from Mr Aman...He is very professional and above all a very nice person...I got my flight cancelled and Mr Aman helped me to rebook our flights as per my family requirements...I will highly recommend Riya Travels and Mr Aman for tickets booking.
