Rishabh Narang provided excellent service by sending many matches to us. He followed up many times and stayed connected throughout every match. He was always positive and made sure to keep our spirits high when a match did not work out. I really appreciate the effort he put when dealing with our matches.

Scammers Alert. This firm does not provide good services at all. I took their services and in return they sent me fake profiles every week if I said they have same reply every time, family doesn’t like your profile .They don't have verified profiles.
Completely unsatisfactory and horrible experience. Please stay away from this company don’t waste your hard work money. Am single mum I hardly serviced my life but they don’t care. Please I requested to everyone don’t trust to any staff member.

I am sharing my experience after receiving 3 months of service with Rishtadepot. It’s a scam company. Please don’t spend your hard earned money on their subscription. They will share 25 profile ( most of them are fake). Every week they will share one fake profile based on your needs and that’s it. The cycle goes on! You will never hear back from them after sending your response. To prove my point, I took a screenshot of a profile and I told my friend to share his preference with them. What they did, copied the same girl photo with all the preference my friend was looking for.

Every week their matchmaker leave jobs. Your profile will go to a different matchmaker and the process starts from the beginning. This will go on and on until your membership expires.

You will also note after reading their reviews that the response they give it to their clients is so rude. If you are running a business, you need to listen and learn from people feedback but this is not true for this company.

Everyone you ask them the status, They will say we are trying and everyone they want to get your feedback on the profiles and they will never ever share the feedback of girl side.

I will not recommend their service to anyone out here!

Don't waste your money here . I am using them for my niece. They will tell you everything under the sky until you sign up and you will pay 3 times what other matrimony sites charge. But , it changes after that. I paid $600 and was promised one match every week. The match makers are in India , they will send you any match just for sake of sending something every week, and will never take calls or respond .They sent me same match twice with different details ( Canada vs US) and same person ( same photo). They may only have fake profiles.Its way better to use other matrimony online sites and pay 1/3. I am getting way more response. not worth what I paid. I couldn’t give them 0 stars , they don't deserve even 1, they take $600 for art they do faking profiles.
