Before I signed for their service, I was informed by Khushpreet Singh Attri that they have profiles according to my requirements. He showed me a profile that matched my criteria. It did not work and that is understandable that not every profile will work for both sides. I gave it a shot and signed up for CAD $ 599 which is a very heavy price. I have a few points to make here:
1. Before I signed up, he did not tell me that they have a 3 days money back policy. It felt like a fraud when I asked him that I am not liking their service after 15 days. Who is going to know in 3 days whether it will work or not. Very bad policy indeed.
2. When an "advisor" was assigned for my profile, I was sent matches that were not upto the mark. What I mean is people on paper marriage etc. I kept asking them to send matches according to requirements but nothing was changed.
3. They send one profile per week unless there is an interest on profile then they will send more than one. I was sent the same profile twice. They said that it was a mistake but by this time I am sure it wasn't a mistake. They were trying to show that they are trying and they have matches.
4. When I talked to Mr. Attri about a partial refund, he told me that refund is not possible but someone else on my behalf can use services. I would NEVER suggest their service to anyone as they like to waste people's time. They just want you to sign up without any transparency and honesty in place.
At the end, I would say please save your money and try to find matches on your own if you are someone like me who has a certain criteria because they don't have appropriate matches, they don't understand your requirements and above all they LIE.
I have never given anyone a negative review before for any service but this time I felt like it was very important for me to share my experience.

Horrible.. still with them and a waste of money. Before you sign up, they bother you daily and once they have your money, it’s a horrible support. They don’t have many profile, better to go with dil mil. They will show you a profile weekly but not many of them seems to be active. Seriously, give it a try if you want but waste of money in my humble opinion. Might work for someone but it’s a business at the end of the day. If they really wanna help you, they can show you more profile but nope since they don’t have many active profiles. I still have little bit time left with them, if I see progress I’ll change this review but it’s a scamming place in my opinion. When people don’t have integrity in a business, it doesn’t last forever. It has nothing to do with whether your profile is good or not, I am willing to talk to people even if I think might not work . other people think the same way too. So, it has not much to do with you. It’s not easy to find partner in person these days so most of the people are online.

Good to have a talk with rishabh. He is helping me in all the ways he can.

They don't have even the average output of results and the registered profile ratio is high but the success rate of Rista-convert to marriage is 1000/3
nor even registered.

very very pathetic and unorganized people who work in some HR posts. i have all the proof of the company and how it cheated and playing with someone's emotions.

So far it has been a decent experience with rishta depot. However, I feel more effort should be made to find suitable matches based on client's criteria. More matches should be sent each week, not just one match on Tuesdays. Rishab is a very polite match maker. I would appreciate if he works harder to send me at least 2-3 matches a week considering that this is a life decision.

They are scammers. They send you the pictures of people who live in India and they say this person lives in Canada.
I found someone by myself and they are still showing my pictures to people and sending their profiles. I told them multiple times to delete my profile but they don’t delete it and still offering me discount
