A brilliant gift idea for coffee fans. Have ordered a few times now and the coffee has always been a huge hit with the recipients.
Had a small issue this last time with delayed stock affecting delivery but the customer service and communication was excellent so really not a problem

I love the idea of a coffee subscription, I had companies I'd never heard of but absolutely loved!

Great little service, decent choice

What wonderful coffee. Tasted gorgeous and fresh full of flavour. That alone is worth re ordering without the free gift in the subscription box. But what a really lovely is this companies attitude to honesty, customer service and delivering a quality product. The website is warm and the notes show a small company trying to make it in ridiculously competitive market by offering a quality product and trying to make you feel valued for you business. Well done Rise, there's something lovely in having you as my coffee supplier.

The coffee is great and I like the little surprise treats that come in with every order.
The team is very friendly and reply to emails promptly, helping solving any small issues quickly, highly recommend their service!

We've had the coffee subscription for a few years and we still always look forward to receiving our box each month. The coffee is always great quality! The customer service is brilliant too, always communicating and resolving any issues quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone who values a good cup of coffee each morning.

Boxes are amazing, filled with 3 bags a different branded coffee every 4 weeks and an extra surprise. I love that you can push orders back or request them sooner The customer service is exceptional (shout out to Jen helping me with my order) Thank you Rise Team :-)

I have now gifted 2 subscriptions. Just yesterday these two people were discussing how much they enjoyed the coffees you choose.

Excellent coffee. I drink decaff which is often the poor relation. Not so with Rise. They give me high quality decaff coffee every time. No chemicals used and I really can taste the difference. On the odd occasion where I have had a problem they have dealt with it very quickly which has increased my trust in them. Highly recommended.

I already have enough coffee and forgot to cancel my subscription and this morning had an email saying I'd paid for a box. I emailed them and with in an hour or so got a Reply. Jen helped me and said they'd cancel and refund the order for me or delay which ever I wanted.

They were helpful, and gave great customer service. I'd recommend as a customer or as a person whos forgotten to delay an order who needs help.

We’ve had the subscription a few months and the coffee is always delicious and a high standard, and is easy to adjust delivery schedule if we go away. Jen from CS replied to a query v quickly and was very lovely and polite.

Bought as a gift and we are both really enjoying all the coffees. So good to support independent small brands

The coffees are delicious and definitely niche. Not made for everyone though. Only if you are quite open to different tastes. Their service is very friendly as well and I love the booklet with the info on where the coffee is coming from. Only minus is that I am a huge coffee drinker, and the price tag is not the most affordable. If you drink 1/2 coffees a day I highly recommend it.

I only have one cup of coffee per day, so I need it to be good. When I looked into subscriptions, the Guardian gave Rise a great review and that was good enough for me! So far it has been excellent and I look forward eagerly to each new delivery.

Just had my first box, I’m really pleased with it. Great super fresh coffees at a great price and really convenient.

I emailed customer services about something and Jen was super helpful, which makes a huge difference. I’ll be keeping my subscription for sure.

Received the Christmas advent calendar as a gift. The coffee was great each day and superb variety and tasting note explanations. However, Christmas eve was decaf which was a little disappointing - had to then pop to the shop early morning to pick up coffee. Then Christmas day was an empty box, though had bought alternative coffee the previous day so was covered! I had difficulty claiming the gift and forgot about it. Now just tried to claim the gift again (11 Jan) and I received a prompt saying it expired 31 December.
Fun idea and good coffee, but disappointing ending to a Christmas gift.
