My experience of Rigu was outstanding! I was interested in a personlised product, and messaged the team as I'd stumbled across their products at short notice and wanted to ensure it could arrive in time as it was a gift. I received a very prompt response, and I'm pleased to say they went above and beyond to help me out, and I received the gift in plenty of time. Once the strap arrived, I was also really pleased with the quality of the product, as well as the boxing/presentation of the product. Really great gift!

Only a small order, delivered with care and attention. Items of this quality are very difficult to find and they have tidied up the removable straps on one camera and two pairs of binoculars just as I hoped.

For those not into long reviews let may just say now, this is a TOP (one person) company and I highly recommend you use them.
OK let me now expand on why you should.
I bought a camera strap and a couple of adapters. I love the strap, it looks great and the quality for the price is excellent.
There website was so well set up and easy to use and a huge plus in my opinion was that because I ordered a couple of small items in addition to the strap and my order reached a certain value, the postage for the smaller items was automatically removed. No code to hunt out and type in, no email requests needed, all done at checkout. Superb!
The items were well packaged with minimal plastic, another plus, and were sent very quickly.
Communication was excellent from Andy (the owner).
Seriously, there are some big companies out there who could do with a lesson or three in how to operate a good, friendly and efficient business from Rigu.
Thank you so much for a wonderful, easy, and well priced shopping experience.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Neck strap for Fuji X-E1
I needed a new neck strap for my Fuji X-E1 because the old, plastic one was beginning to crumble. There is plenty of choice at Rigu and a clearance offer was perfect for me - the new strap matches the leather case I just bought. I expect them to last for many years. Delivery and communication from Rigu was excellent.
