Fantastic experience with Andy from Rigu. The cobalt blue strap I ordered as a gift for a friend arrived promptly. It is absolutely gorgeous, better than it looks in photos. Not too chunky like some of the straps I have, the perfect size for my friends small and light fuji xt20. It came in a bag inside a small black cardboard box, with a lens cloth and Rigu sticker. It looks very smart and all I needed to to was tie a bow round the box and its ready to gift. Thanks Andy I will be coming back :)

Ordered a leather camera strap for my fuji and I really like it. Great value, maybe a little short for wearing across the body but amazing quality of the product. Also, appreciate the completely recyclable packaging with the company branded camera pouch.

Ordered the wrong size MM on a Sunday which was also out of stock. Had great communication with Andy who made sure everything was rectified and explained stock was iminant. Upgraded my postage even though none of it was their fault. Excellent customer service thanks. Scott

Stumbled onto Rigu's website by chance, and found a huge array of camera straps and other stuff, so after a good look around I ordered a rope strap. Well, it duly arrived a couple of days later. Really happy with my new strap, its exactly as described, and was superbly packaged. Enough said, full marks Rigu.

I bought a 'Black wide woven cotton DSLR camera strap' for my D500 as it's a bit of a weight and the supplied Nikon strap is a bit flimsy. This feels much more comfy and something I could wear around my neck for a good while. It looks good on the camera and is probably something I should have done a while ago. Nice product, thumbs up!

I have ordered a number of Light Painting items from Rigu over the recent months. I would just like to say that the service and response provided by Andy is excellent. As said in another review 5 stars is not enough. Great communication. Prompt response to queries. All round excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm always reluctant to order from online stores I don't know well, but I needed a Holdfast harness. I called up and Spoke to Andy and told him my concerns regarding delivery times, as I was in a rush to receive it. He talked me through all the options and put me at ease that it would get here on time.

He then went out of his way to personally email me when the post had been collected to confirm it had been shipped for next day delivery! It arrived by lunch time the next day and I'm so happy with it!

Glad I took a chance, they saved the day and I couldn't recommend Rigu enough.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I enquired about dispatch times, Andy got back to me that hour - I placed an order and it was dispatched that afternoon. He also called to check the safe place option and sort it so that I wouldn't have to wait in for my parcel. Couldnt have hoped for better - so glad I found Rigu!
