Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service ,sofa was delivered on the 6th November and one of the legs was damaged I was told that the manufacturing company that makes sofa was on holidays(I find this very strange that a big supplier would close their factory to go on holidays) on the 14th of November I was told that the leg would be in there warehouse by Saturday the 16th of November and someone would be in touch to arrange delivery.On the 26th of November I still haven’t received any communication from rightstyle furniture to arrange a date for the leg to be replaced I had to reach out to them, a replacement leg was delivered on the 28th of November which was totally the wrong colour,I refused to take the replacement as it wasn’t a match to the other legs the lads that were replacing the leg understood fully. I told the lads that if they couldn’t get the matched colour of my leg I’d have no problem with all the legs being replaced which I think I was being more then reasonable as a consumer I didn’t have to do that. I emailed to see if someone could ring me from customer service,to which no one did I got an email back stating that they have being in contact with the supplier to send out a replacement leg in light grey or a set of dark grey, I emailed back saying how frustrating it was and rightstyle furniture ignored my email,this was the 28th of November and on Monday the 9th of December I received a call from rightstyle Furniture to say that they were 5 minutes away to replace the leg, when the lads arrived they had a box of legs to replace all of the legs as they couldn’t match my colour which I was fine with but every leg in the box was damaged so I again refused to take the replacement of the leg I since haven’t received any communication with rightstyle furniture this is disgraceful, got a delivery of legs on the 21st of December again they were damaged refused to take them, got a call from the Fonthill manager to ask if we could sort it after Christmas to which I agreed with but it’s was the 7th January and I once again had to reach out to them and I’m basically been told I’m a lier that there is nothing wrong with the legs delivered on the 21st December(I have photo evidence) I will probably had to take legal action to get the matter resolved

Jasmine was incredibly friendly and helpful. She attended to us as we arrived and guided us around the store, showing us different options as we went. She catered to the needs of our uniquely shaped sitting room and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. She was a real joy to work with and we would happily buy furniture from her again as it was so easy and made us feel so comfortable!

After three months of use, I feel it’s important to share my thoughts on the quality of the products purchased from RightStyle Furniture. While my initial purchase decision was impulsive—something I blame myself for—the issues I’ve encountered with the products themselves warrant attention.
The mattresses, in particular, have been disappointing. Although I purchased mattresses which were at the upper end in the store, they are not as comfortable as expected and don’t sit properly on the beds. This impacts the overall appearance of the bedrooms, making them look unfinished or poorly assembled. I’ll likely be replacing the beds shortly, and based on my experience with their customer service, I most certainly won’t be emailing them to complain about this.
The customer service has been particularly poor—so much so that I cannot bring myself to go back to the shop to spend the €128 credit that they owe me. I would gladly offer this credit to anyone who truly needs something but is not concerned about quality or poor customer service.
In hindsight, I wish I had taken more time to consider my options before handing over such a large sum. As Oscar Wilde once said, "Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes." I hope this review will help others make more informed decisions when shopping for furniture.

Bunk bed
We purchased bunk bed from right style furniture and we are so happy with a service provided by Jazzmin.
She was so helpful and supportive throughout the waiting, and we appreciate so much for all efforts involved for making it happen when the chances were slim ( we received our kids' bunk bed before Christmas!). I highly recommend right style furniture and their angel Jazzmin!

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience with RightStyle Furniture
'The customer is not always right, but they are always the customer'
I recently purchased furniture totaling over €2,340 from RightStyle Furniture. Unfortunately, I encountered significant challenges during the process. A headboard I ordered could not be accommodated due to the dimensions of my attic stairs. Despite informing the sales team that the 6-foot bed and headboard were for a retrofit attic, I was held fully responsible when the headboard did not fit.
While I understand that the headboard was manufactured to a specific color and size, I had informed the sales team in advance that the room in question was an attic. The salesperson did not raise any concerns or highlight any fine print regarding potential issues with attic access for this type of bed. However, when the delivery team arrived, they immediately recognized that the headboard would not fit, stating that they “never deliver such 6 foot beds to attics.” This inconsistency in communication was frustrating, as it became clear that the delivery team was aware of the issue, but I was not informed at the time of purchase. We have since purchased a 6 foot bed and headboard elsewhere
The company enforced a 20% restocking fee (€210) for the return, which was non-negotiable. Additionally, instead of a cash refund for the remaining amount, I was only offered a store credit of €128. The company claims they were being lenient by only charging 20%, but at no point during the purchase process was I informed that a restocking fee would apply if an issue arose or of delivery risks for 6 foot headboards to retro-fit attics. Over the course of almost 20 email exchanges over 5 months, I found the company's policies to be inflexible, with little willingness to consider my perspective or offer a more accommodating solution.
When I shared my concerns and the content of this review with the company, I was informed by email that my actions constituted blackmail, and I was warned that legal action could be taken against me. This response was both surprising and disheartening, further diminishing my confidence in their customer service approach.
While the company claims to have acted fairly, I believe a truly fair approach would have been to offer more transparency during the sales process or to offer a partial cash refund for the €128 instead of forcing me to accept store credit. Given that I spent over €2,340 with this company, I expected better customer care when something went wrong - regardless of who's fault it was. I certainly don't want to continue to waste time pursuing them through the small claims courts for €128.
This experience has been both frustrating and disheartening. I no longer feel confident in shopping with RightStyle Furniture and want to share my experience to inform potential customers. I hope that the company will reflect on this feedback and consider improvements in their customer service approach.

Rightstyle Omni Park - 5 Stars!
We had an exceptional experience at Rightstyle in Omni! We recently purchased a beautiful bed and a dining table with chairs, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality and service. The staff (especially Isaac & Ger) were incredibly friendly and helpful. Delivery was prompt and exactly when we asked for. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. I'll definitely be returning for future purchases!

Great experience
I purchased a dining set recently from right style furniture .They were fantastic to deal with ,really helpful over the phone helping me to choose the set I wanted. They organised delivery for me at short notice even though I know they didn’t really have availability for delivery which was great as I needed the set before Christmas.
The two lads who delivered were brilliant and really helpful and unpacked and assembled the set for me and also took all of the rubbish away.Great company to deal with would highly recommend them.

Delayed is too much and no help from store we order stuff
I order lots of stuff from fonthill branch . First they delivered wrong side of bed and I took almost month to replace with right one . The send bed they delivered today after 6 weeks delay . Which suppose to deliver 6weeks ago , when you go to store fonthill for asking about your order they have no answer . They ask you to contact delivery company which have even no answer.

I ordered a sofa at the beginning of July with the delivery supposed to be around the middle of September. I went to the Fonthill store at the beginning of September to pay some money off and I was told delivery would most likely be the end of September. As I was going away we agreed the second week of October. When I returned I contacted the store. I was informed there was some kind of mix up with the order and that I would not now receive my new sofa until the 19th of November. I contacted the store on the 18th to make the final payment. I was told that the courier would be in touch. When I hadn't heard anything by the 21st I rang the store again. I was told enquiries would be made and that someone would ring back. No one called back. I rang again on the 22nd and was told that the courier had picked it up from the warehouse and enquiries would be made as to when it would be delivered and they would call me back. No one called back. I drove to the store yesterday the 27th. I was told the courier had not picked up my sofa and it would most likely be next week before it's delivered. I explained that I would be available for delivery anytime bar Wednesday and Thursday as I work shift. I've just received a call from the courier looking to deliver next Wednesday. I explained that I wouldn't be available and he rudely hung up. It's now almost 6 months since I ordered this sofa and I'm still none the wiser as to when I'm getting my it. Needless to say this has to be one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had to deal with. Can someone please sort this out.

AVOID this store and use the note tried and tested stores where their managers understand retail
