Absolutely amazing service from Dominic at riflemags. I had been trying to source, what seemed to be the impossible in the uk. I called Dominic and after a search he managed to source exactly what I was looking for. As it was special order and currently out of stock at the manufacturer's in America, he advised it maybe a good few months before he can get them. He estimated around April time. I called him to see how things were going and was over the moon when he said that he was just processing a shipment and my order was amongst it. I cannot recommend Dominic enough. Thank you

Ordered a magazine from this company a while back. I'd check delivery status and it seemed like magazine had gone into hiding with the USPS in Chicago. Brought this to Dominic's attention at Riflemags. He reissued another mag, and he shipped with UPS. Mag arrived today. Would definitely order from this company again.

The bloke I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Talked me through magazine options and recommended one to fit. Turned up a day or so later and worked a charm. I'll be using this lot again.

I ordered from them, the package got stuck in customs and sent back, over 2 months and numerous ignored E-mails after they got their item back I left a 1 star review and suddenly the refund was ready.
ordered 4 may 2024, UPS claims they returned the package on the 8th of August as of 17 Oct 2024 they have not been answering in months (since August) on 19 Oct they responded and today 21 Oct I can confirm I got my money back minus transport fees.
Upgraded from 1 to 3 star got my refund waiting for their 2025 EU warehouse hoping to skip the UK import issues.

He and the crew shipped the same day as my order was received.
Even with international shipping I received my magazines in less than two weeks.
