Customer service
I have been impressed by the great staff customer service on previous visits but yesterday's experience let them down. It is important, even a busy time to greet and acknowlege the customer at the counter, not carry on chatting with staff. If you cannot attend straight away, at least say, with you in a moment. The sewing dept lady at 5.45pm needs a reminder of this. Its really rude to ignore someone standing right in front of you.
