Great service, had to change my appointment and this was accomadated. Was advised of time it would take to fit bike rack to the campervan. Arrived and was greeted, shown to the waiting room which was spotless and had comfy chairs, drinks available, reading material and wifi. Asked where I could get lunch and was given a couple of options. When job was completed, shown what had been done and how to use the bike rack. Would highly recommend Rhino Installs.

I required air con to be fitted in my caravan. After searching about I contacted Rhino Installs based on their positive feedback. I was not disappointed. I was quickly given a quote and a date. I was surprised that the job would only take an afternoon. We arrived on-site at the agreed time and left for something to eat. After about 2.5 hrs we got a call to say it was ready for collection.
On arriving back we were shown the job and how everything worked. The installation was neat, tidy and clean. I can recommend Rhino Installs 100%.

I've been using Phil of Rhino Installs for a number of years for work on various motorhomes. The latest job was fitting a fooftop aircon unit that required a new aperture to be cut into the roof of my Hymer.
As per my previous experiences the job was carried out swiftly and his assurances that the unit would run on a 6amp supply were proved correct at the install.
It's a long way from the Kent coast to Bamber Bridge but well worth your trouble.

I recently had a Truma air conditioning unit installed by Rhino Installs. I haven’t been able to use it yet because of the cold weather, but the installation was very professional and tidy. The team were extremely friendly and helpful. I also had an issue with my satellite dish and TV, and they fixed it for me completely free of charge.
Even though it’s a long distance from London, I trust them completely and it’s worth driving all the way there. I will definitely return whenever I need any work done. Highly recommended!

Used Rhino Installs because of all the positive reviews but I didn't have such a good experience.
Had a lithium battery, new mains charger and solar panel fitted but told Phil it was important to me that the vehicle battery still charged when the van was on hookup. He said that would be no problem because he would use the vans existing wiring so nothing would change. He fitted the new gear quickly but when I got home and put the van on hookup the new mains charger did not work properly. The charging rate was all over the place and although it did fully charge the new battery eventually it took days to do so. Took the van back and Phil did cure the problem by running new wires from the charger to the battery rather than using the vans existing wiring as he originally did. However that required him fitting a "battery master" to ensure the vehicle battery was charged when on hookup, something he initially told me I wouldn't need. The problem was resolved and everything works well now but his initial belief that using the existing wiring would work was obviously wrong and more checking on his part could have identified and resolved the problem when I first took the van rather than having to go back to have the problem resolved.

We're very new to owning a motorhome so it was great to be able to speak to somebody who knows their stuff inside out. After going through the various options, we booked it in and everything was done professionally on the day booked. When I picked up the next day, time was taken to make sure everything was understood. Great service.

Rhino installs recently fitted a new awning on our Hymer, which was damaged beyond repair on our trip to Europe in May. There were some serious problems getting the old one off as it had been glued on during initial manufacture. However, Rhino did an excellent job removing and replacing the awning without any damage to the motorhome. They also replaced our 10 year Gasit Bottles with new Gaslow bottles and produced a very much neater/tidier job than the original installation. Excellent service throughout.
