ADING PROMOTION POINTS PAINFUL
In line with several other reviews, the points accumulating process is painful. RFR say that the retailer is at fault for not honouring the claims but I am still waiting for a mid November claim to be settled and am now told it could be July !! What's the point ? I think the idea is that you can't be bothered to monitor and therefore, points are not credited. I probably won't use promotions again. Lots of good things about it but don't expect a quick point credit if you use a retailer promotion, Interesting that on TrustPilot, RFR only respond to five star reviews !
Further to the response below, the retailer was Boots - a cosmetics purchase. How long does that take to validate?
