Ordered on Nov 18..nothing yet but they took the payment and would not respond.

this is a scam outfit gave me a bogus tracking number that was delivered to another state then when i complained to papal switching info on tracking number. saw on Facebook page later under Barbara Fidler 180 some people with pictures and comments of scam.

I’m waiting for my order still which I ordered a months ago. No email updates ! My tracking number doesn’t work. I was charged an extra fee for god knows what and wasn’t informed. Yes I’ve read everything and it doesn’t start anything about an extra fee I may be charged. All I wanted was my present for my 5 year old son for Christmas!

Order placed on 18th of November still waiting for delivery ( now it's the 11th of December) ,payment has been taken from account and customer service is horrendous!!!

DO NOT buy from this company! I ordered 4. The cardboard mailing box they ship in cane crushed. One didn’t work. They give you 30 day refund from date order placed, BUT you don’t receive until after the 30 days. When I reach out to them about the damaged one, they said I needed to upload photos and a video of the non working car!! Seriously? I writhe a scathing response about their customer service and they did offer to refund one the car was received back but my husband had already trashed it. This product is very flimsy and poor quality. I would not recommend at all!

Horrible. Ordered 5 cars and only 2 came. Crappy cars plastic break easily. No phone number to call, they send generic emails back with no resolution

Too bad no stars aren't an option. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Ordered product on 11/18 and still waiting on it (not that I am too excited about what I will get based on the reviews here). At least now the tracking information is in English, but the product is supposedly somewhere in Ireland as of 4 days ago. I have fortunately been able to put a hold on my payment via my credit card company. Their customer service person ("Claire", who signs her emails "Love" sometimes) has now told me they can't be accountable for shipping delays. I pointed out to her that their website states: 1. We are proud to offer reliable insured worldwide shipping (7-16 business days) straight to your doorstep. 2. Every package comes with its own unique tracking number to ensure accountability. 3. On top of PayPal's Buyer Protection policy, we have included a full 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your satisfaction. So it seems like false advertising all around. I also noticed in going back to the reviews posted to their website that the "button" for adding a review doesn't actually work, so I am guessing all the outstanding commentary posted there is also false.

Do not...I repeat...do not buy anything from this company. Poorly packaged product. Website says it covers worldwide insurance but they will not make good on it. Product came completely smashed and they said it wasn't their fault. I had to pay 13.00 to ship product back but they would not cover shipping despite having pictures to prove damages.

Ordered 5 cars and only got 2 cars and this took a month. Have e-mailed them twice and have not heard from them. Would not buy from them.

I would rather not give this company any stars. I received a transformer that was literally in pieces. It is cheap and flimsy plastic and looks nothing like the product in the ad. I emailed them and I am waiting on a response after sending a picture. Don't waste your money!!!!

Ordered from them on 9/11 quoted 2-3weeks, now 4/12 and all there customer service say is its been shipped, tracking shows no shipment, full of crap company avoid at all costs, edit: its now 18/12 and it still hasnt been shipped and still getting a generic response from their pathetic customer service.

Ordered the buy 4 get 1 free. Tracking indicated they were all delivered 6 days ago. However, I got only 2! I sent email right way to the support. The website prides itself on responding within 2 days or sooner. Nothing. Sent another email 3 days later then again today. Nothing. However, I did receive 1 more car today - 6 days after first two. Still missing 2. Maybe they are on the slow boat. Maybe I've been scammed out of the remainder. So they won't respond, I don't know.

Save yourself the headache and order via Amazon. I noticed these are offered through them.

I ordered 4 transformer cas and was suppose to get 1 free. I paid $104.83. Yesterday I received 3 cars and have no idea where the other 2 cars are or if or when I will receive them. They only gave me one tracking number and it seems if there were 2 packages that I would have gotten 2 tracking numbers. I sent an email but have not gotten a response yet. Hope I haven’t been scammed. I don’t know what to do about the money my credit card was charged. They were Christmas presents for my grandsons. 😒😡

Had to give them a star but if I had my way they wouldn't get that tracker does not work, order still processing screw you I got pay pal mate ill get my money back. DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCUM

I keep getting an email stating that my order has been shipped with a tracking number that doesn't work!!!! I just wrote my credit card company to let them know that I do not want this product and that I have read they they are a scam!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

Do not buy anything from Revvlo. Products look flashy and fancy on ad (Youtube) then when you order, a bunch of flimsy, crappy cheap little plastic robot cars are received, ordered 10 (ten cars) all cheap plastic not worth $5. a few broken wings, cannot even be given as gift toys... will be an insults! STAY AWAY FROM Revvlo...!

Never received the product and fake tracking number. I received a refund from my bank.
It comes from Hong Kong and lazy customer service, oh well maybe it’s the protest..

I got 5 Transformer Cars from Revvlo and it got sent to me in about 2 weeks. The site is real and the cars are all in good condition, much to my relief. Glad with my purchase and the service they provided overall.

Paid FULL PRICE for a USED Transformer Car, Very angry. I had not seen this review site before ordering and I can vouch that everyone who had trouble, ISN'T LYING. I received the item I purchased. But it was USED. The box was crushed, the item had finger prints on it. The screws for the battery cover were missing and there was grease stains on the box under the vehicle. For paying over $40 CAD, I am ANGRY at this disgustingly poor quality product. I don't even know if it will work. Merry Christmas - NOT.
