It’s a scam bruh, I waited a month for them to come in and they don’t snatch the body like how it advertised was really hoping I’d fit in some old clothes but other than that they feel comfortable to wear and even though it’s not what I was expecting I already know my husband will love it

HORRIBLE. The snaps at the bottom scratched and broke skin, they don’t cover returns, and they refuse to refund. Don’t purchase from them. It is a scam and there are hundreds of reviews with similar stories.

In their rules it states that they will issue a refund if the item is returned within 30 days. I paid for postage to return the purchase, they confirmed receipt of the return, but never refunded my money. Revenge Body is a scam.

I WON THE DISPUTE AND MY BANK REFUNDED THE ENTIRE ORDER ALTHOUGH I ONLY ASKED FOR THE MISSING ITEMS.

Placed an order on 2/15 w/ expedited shipped (claims ships within 12 hours). Received 2 different confirmations, 1 including my apt # and the other didn't. I replied to the email as suggested if the address was incorrect. "Irene" replied stating she corrected the address. Its been downhill since. the order was split in 2. 2 of 7 items were shipped and received within 2 weeks. The larger half of the order has been stuck since 2/28. "Irene" just copies and pastes when she replies saying that it shipped and will arrive shortly. I have emailed them for the past 2 weeks with the same automated response.

ATP i have filed a dispute for the missing items. I have serious doubts even the reship wont be received.

This is a scam. These bodysuits don't snatch your body at all. Received mine yesterday, a size down, never made any difference at all.
They're only giving 20% refund. Wasted £40 on something that doesn't work. I should have gone to Primark. Really disappointed!!!

Disappointed, I never received my package after their carrier delivered it somewhere other than my home. Reached out via email and was given the run around. Tried reaching carrier to no avail. And didn’t receive a refund inspite of paying insurance on package. Worst company ever. Will be filing a complaint on BBB

Scam company do not buy. Size was huge and how is 65% polyester going to shape anything. Will be calling my bank in the morning

Horrendous. Returned something to the us and had to pay £16 doing so and on top of that I can’t even have a refund as they only give store credit. I said I hated the quality of the shapewear. The sewing was terrible and all messy at the top of the bodysuit and it didn’t even pull you in (wasn’t shapewear at all). The leggings are low hanging and horribly uncomfortable. I got the same type of bodysuit but better quality from boohoo for £15, so I think it shows how much of a money grabbing company this is. I complained about the quality and said I wanted my money back and they only told me about the exchange only once I told them I returned it. Disgusting.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I have been fighting for over 6 months to get my money back as they cancelled my store credit, for items I returned, and will not give me my money back, $115 Cnd. They are now ignoring my emails after they promised to "look into the situation". These people are nothing but common thieves.

I wish I would have reviewed this company before I ordered from it. I just so happened to receive the wrong size shapewear. I returned it just to not receive anything back. You cannot speak to a live representative. All communication is through email.It feels like you're going around in circles. I paid seven dollars, to return this shapeware, and as stated never received anything back, their excuse for not giving me anything back was me not having my tracking number and them saying that they never received the package. I would not recommend ordering from this company. I believe your customer service shows a lot about how you are as a company and their customer service is absolutely terrible. My initial order was in november 2024 it is now january 2025 and I just have to settle with the fact that they're not sending me anything back, and there's nothing I can do about it

If you order and the size is wrong do not return for correct size. I retuned mine in october and it is mid January now and i still haven’t received my replacements. I ended up ordering and paying for new ones which have already come but not my replacements for my first order. You cant speak to a live person and when you email customer service you get a generic response. Then they tried to claim I received my order original order but i didnt it was the new order i just paid for. Sad thing is that the ones i got in my new order are nice but not worth the money im now out for my original order.

I just got mine shape body delivered today, all I can say that should've listen others as they were right. It's the biggest scam that's going on now. I deliberately ordered a size smaller and there is no difference at all!!!! If you're thinking of buying dont it's just waisted of time. This is a real review not the AI we see on those videos 😡

Awful company, goods are substandard, requested to return and will cost me £20, only spent £45 on the order. Sizes are all wrong, cheaply made. Customer service is AI generated responses. Do not use this company please x

I ordered 3 back in Oct 2024 and return within 60 days for a refund and the rep said she would get back to me with a rerun update but that was over a month ago. Today is 12/24 and still no response from this company. If I am not reimbursed I'm definitely telling my gf and sisters to NEVER purchase from this business. Its not cool to rip people off. I would hard for my money. Damn shame!

Avoid the company. I like many others have seen the ads and was excited to try it. Ordered a few pieces to try and surprise my husband. I wish I would have seen more reviews and listened to the ones I did see before I had ordered. Also wish I would have seen the return policy before I ordered and knew there was no way to cancel it. I have now learned the hard way and wasted money. The product is nothing like what is advertised and I now have wasted money for a product I wont ever use.

1. It does not "snatch" like it claims it will even when following the sizing guide. This is legit some of the worse shape wear I have ever owned.

2. The return policy is horrendous. You have to take the item out to try it on so it becomes 'worn'. You can return unworn still in package items. You can only return to exchange size or for store credit. Even if you want to return it you have to pay for the shipping to return it. The paying for shipping part is fine, but not so much return options especially if you have no desire to use anything from the company.

3. Even right after placing the order (with in a few min) there is no way to cancel your order before it ships.

4. Emailed them about any other option since I did not want anymore of their merchandise or a discount to purchase more. This is what I received via email for a cashback refund “ First off, we want to thank you for trusting us with your hard earned dollars!

Makes me 100% question what reviews were legit true on their website vs people who just wanted their money back. Scam company and if not it’s one of the slimiest I’ve ever dealt with.

I followed the size guidelines and ordered down 2 sizes. Ordered the size small. Put one on and it did nothing to snatch me in like said it would on all of the videos I watched. I only wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. What a joke. Out 60.00 bucks.

False advertisement. The material is way too cheap and not true to size. I ordered a small but it is more like xxs. Customer service is a mess. I sent them an email and they replied to a completely different person with completely different email. I received a proper email response 10 business days later and my package took over three weeks to arrive. They still have not replied to my recent email on exchange. I do not recommend this company at all. The worst customer service.

Snatched my azz. Don’t know what the rave on the body slimmer. 5’7 240 and my body shaped did not change at all. Stomach still were is was before I put this on. Thanks but no thanks

The same thing happened to me this month I ordered 3 body suits had to return them they refused to stand by their promise of 60 day return and told me I could only have store credit and only if I pay to return the other body suits. I did then they made an order for my return exchange, acted like they sent it. I only received one bodysuit and it is like a small child size. I never received these two other two and can’t wear this miniature body suits and just for reference I purchased a size small body suit and I am 5’0” 120lbs. I keep emailing them to ask about the order and how I can exchange the ones I never received and they keep sending emails asking me how I like my order or that they will look to see if there is another package on the way. So judging from the other reviews I see here I am just out 65.00.

I ordered three bodysuits. I ordered the wrong size which was my fault. So I paid the shipping to return them. I followed all their instructions and when I received my replacement I only received one. I have sent numerous emails about this and have gotten no response. I like the product. But the customer service sucks. There is not even a phone number you can call so I will continue to keep sending emails until hopefully I get my other two bodysuits.

I ordered 2 sizes of the body shaper. Couldn’t tell they did anything. I ordered a bra and it was very uncomfortable. I mailed back the products. Which I spent $100.00 and have been begging for a refund. I do not want more of their product that doesn’t do a thing for me. All they want is for me to order more. I just want a refund. Bobbi Laurich
