I had previously sent a message asking what size i should get as i had seen comments on the ads where people were similar in size to me and were told to go down to a S when 2 sizes down would have been a M. So I gave my info asked what size i should get and instead of actual help I just got told go down 2 sizes from what you currently wear and that was is no actual sizing no recommendation on this size will fit but for a better snarched look get this size just a vague computer generated answer.

I ordered 3 bodysuits and they just did not work for me. I was very frustrated because I could not figure out on the website how to return them and get store credit. I wanted store credit because I did like what Revenge Body offers. Finally I got a number to call. Someone texted me back immediately. It was Ella. Lovely Ella. She took care of me over a couple of days and was very apologetic. It wasnt her fault. The product just did not work for me. I got everything thing taken care of tonight with Ella who is on the east coast (3hrs later), than my west coast time. I don’t know what Ella’s work hours are, but she is always responsive, morning, afternoon, and late at night. That is what I call true customer service. Revenge Body you have my business from now on and its all because of Ella, the head of the customer experience dept. Thank you Ella❤️

Honestly, the ONLY shapewear I have ever enjoyed wearing and been comfortable in.

There were some confusion when ordering the body suit. When I ordered, I thought I would automatically get the other two free and I didn't read anything that I had to mark each garment separately. I think that your instructions need to be clarified a little better. I only received the first bodysuit. I did contact your people and the lady worked with me to make sure I get the other two that I’m still waiting on and I did have to pay that shipping cost of $4.95. I hope the two will fit better.

I ordered 3 bodysuits and 2 dresses from this company. I reached out to the company, they sent a replacement. I was sent the wrong twice and when I reached out to the company several times(pictures included) they stopped responding. I never received the item I ordered. I will never order from this company again!

There was no compression whatsoever. Go to Amazon and save some money. Quality just ok. Very disappointed.

What a joke. So I bought 5 bodysuits for 90$!!!! It said to go down a size if you want to look "snatched". So I did. I gave two away. But the three I have .. lol. One barely fit. Was up my places it shouldn't have been. Material is cheap and thin. My 2nd one the strap snapped while I was putting it on. not because it was too small. Because it fit. The material is just SO thin. Then the 3rd one...which was in the same size mind you, I could t even get them past my legs. So, I email and ask for the refund. All they wanted was to exchange for another bodysuit or product of theirs. No money back. I went back and forth with them for days until finally they agreed to give me 18$. Customer service was annoying to talk to. She just kept trying to get me to exchange for more product. I'm exchanging mine for a reason. I don't want your product!!

I had a little issue with the fitted tanks, that being said, customer service has gone above and beyond to make it right!!! Ella from customer service is such an amazing person! Revenge Body is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They don’t send items and then refuse to refund. After that, they send a “replacement” with INCORRECT ITEMS! Then they refuse to refund and CHARGE you to return the items they sent by mistake. I have been going back and forth for a month and they have continually refused to make it right. Their emails responses are generated through AI much of the time so there is limited human interaction. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

False advertising, this is strictly an online store, which should be mentioned, they negate to mention that with the return, there is no refund. Only exchange or credit, I am stuck with merchandise that truly does NOT do as advertised.

Absolutely love my items from Revenge Body! I wear them almost daily. Some of my original items were a bit small but the exchange process was pretty simple. I received the exchange items pretty quick as well. And they even replaced an incorrect exchange item without hesitation!!! Overall, a very pleasant experience!! Thank you Revenge Body!

I bought several bodysuits only to realize they were a size big, I needed to return them...They kept open communication,replied to my every email when I needed an exchange. They followed up professionally until the process was complete. Will definitely order more from them...

Perfect fit and they have the absolute best customer service. I had a slight problem with one of my suits and they jumped into action to correct it immediately! I will definitely be ordering more.

I would like to know where this people are contacting customer service because I have already been waiting for three weeks for a response regarding a change and NO ONE HAS HAD THE DECENCY to respond.

The wrong item was sent to me, so I contacted customer support, and they responded immediately and rectified the issue by sending me out the item that I originally ordered. I am pleased with the swiftness and courteousness.

So, to start off I will say I LOVE my revenge body bodysuits. As someone who is in the process of losing a significant amount of weight, they really suck you in and make you feel great. They are very comfortable and not too tight. I have now ordered 3 different sizes. I did have an issue with my last order. I received something I did not order instead of what I actually ordered. At first I was told that they wanted ME to pay to return the unwanted items and THEN they would send my correct order. After several emails on my part stating that was unacceptable, it was finally resolved and a return label was sent to me and my correct order has been shipped. Hoping this was a one time event and I will continue to buy from this company.

Absolutely love my bodysuits and tank tops. Had a little mix up where my tank tops weren't sent. Irene messaged me back within hours and got me a replacement sent out immediately.

I have been trying to get a refund for a month. I took 4 weeks to get the products I ordered, shipped from China and they are not as advertised. I ordered 3 different shapewear and none of them hold me without me sucking in my stomach. They fit like a swimsuit. The ribbed one is very hot and not stretch at all, didn't fit over my thighs. They wont refund me, but want me to exchange or get store credit. Why would I when I purchased 3 items that done fit! I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I have contacted them every week and I get the same reply below. Like its automated. Don't waist you time and money on this place.

I returned an item, have proof (tracking number) item was delivered to them & they still claim they haven't received item. This has been an on going battle with this company for over 2 weeks! Do not recommend this company at all!!!!

I gave 5 stars because my order was lost by the post office and I didn’t get the insurance. I went back and forth with the post office and Revenge body about my order. In the end it was the post office who delivered my order to wrong address. Long story short Revenge Body made it right by reshipping my order at no extra cost to me. I am so grateful for their great customer service and all their help.
