First contact I made was with Kimberly regarding transferring pension and purchase of annuity. She was excellent explained what was involved and gave me some quotes. She arranged to call me back in few days to allow me time to think what wanted to do, with no pressure at all. Kimberley called as promised and I decided to go ahead with transaction. I was given an advisor John Quinn to take me through process. There was couple of issues with company I was transferring from. John kept me informed forwarding any correspondence he received. My first contact was with Joshua Lawson who was very approachable and patient he explained all of the different options available and sent through all relevant documentation via email for us to compare at no point were we pressurised to make a decision and was more then happy to wait until we had looked at a different company in order to compare what was available.
