Excellent Service provided by both Rachel Hazell & Laura Fisher at the Hampshire area branch. Rachel had gone out of her way to provide me with a wide set of options to sell the property, to allow me to choose which display photographs on site as priority for online marketing, providing fast and informative replies to any questions or updates. Keeping me regularly updated with any changes, viewings etc. Laura provided me with excellent service with applying offers that were more advantageous to us, applying a deal that suited us in the timescales we needed to sell. Great customer service by the staff at Retirement Homesearch.

As estate agents, Retirement Homesearch are here to match buyers with properties and always take great care to ensure we comply with Consumer Protection Regulations and therefore our property particulars state clearly the length of the lease. Our particulars also make clear that no apparatus, equipment, fittings or services have been tested by ourselves and that we cannot verify that they are in working order. In addition, we always send copies of our particulars to solicitors when sales are agreed, in order that they may discuss further with their clients. I'm sorry to learn that your solicitors did not discuss these issues with you ahead of purchase but do hope that the property is now being enjoyed.

We tried other high street estate agents first to know avail. Things began to move very soon after going to Retirement Homesearch. They secured a sale and stayed in touch throughout the whole process. Using Retirement Homesearch made all the difference!
We were really struggling to sell my late mother's sheltered flat through a high street estate agent chain. A couple of viewings and no offers. Using Retirement Homesearch made all the difference. We had a buyer within a month or so and completed three months later. It is an excellent and affordable service for these kinds of specialist properties.

Retirement Home Search made everything…
Retirement Home Search made everything straight forward. Selling these properties isn’t easy as there are hidden costs involved but the peace of mind of someone being on site outweighs these costs. Rachel and Dawn were pleasant to deal with and the sale went smoothly.

Charlotte Harvey has been brilliant throughout a l-o-n-g sale process with several different buyers (who dropped out for their own reasons).
Charlotte is always cheerful, helpful and grasps the situation quickly. If I had to leave her a voicemail she always got back to me the same day.

Rachel was very helpful
Rachel was very helpful, she quickly replied to any questions I had and supplied reassurance that things were going ahead. Progress was slow at times but again I was reassured things were still progressing.
