Not good buyers
I sent them a pristine new set still in original Lego delivery box. Both of which had no damage, they got the delivery with the delivery box undamaged(confirmed by them) but for some miraculous reason the set box was ripped open on one corner. I sent images of the set that was sent but they then sent my a much lower offer despite me sending imagines of it clearly being undamaged. Not sure if totally trust worthy

Hi, We’re disappointed to read this review, as we have tried to contact you directly about this, including calling twice and emailing, so we could discuss the inspection with you properly.
We have now successfully received and processed over 5,000 sets through our selling service, across more than 600 seller orders, and every set is checked by our team before payment is made.
In this case, the offer was revised because the condition of the set box did not match what was submitted. Unfortunately, we cannot upload photos directly to this review reply, but we do have inspection photos showing the damage to the set box clearly added to your order dashboard.
We’re still happy to review this with you directly, so please ring us back and we can go through the photos and inspection notes with you.

Trustworthy...
Was apprehensive about using the site, as with anything new, but even more so with a £200 purchase. Safe to say these guys are legit. With all my apprehension, Richard even gave me a phonecall to say that my order was on the way (A* service right there!). Site is easy to use, and my item arrived in great time and was well packaged. Box condition was just as stated on the site too. I wouldn't hesitate to use again, and sure I will be very soon!
