Would like more communication…

Would like more communication on the process. Has there been any update in any of the other accounts? It has been 3 months and nothing has been heard about my other 3 accounts and I'm getting tired of the collection calls.

Horrible Company

Horrible Company. Made everything worse. Took money and did nothing with it and now will not give it back. Please do not use Resync. They are crooks.

Very Misleading

The information given at the original time you sign up is very misleading, and purposefully so. The truth is, it can take up to three years for your accounts to be reconciled, and in the meantime, I am getting letters from lawyers, I am getting sued, I am losing all of my credit, etc.… They use language that is purposefully, misleading, and by the time you realize you’ve been lied to they have thousands of dollars of yours and they just keep saying they are going to start negotiating. They’re going to start negotiating. They even got me to sign up for something extra where lawyers are supposed to have my back and be looking out for me, but that certainly is not the case either. I signed up over 100 days ago and nothing has been done.

Our service is a debt settlement program, not a loan. We are only able to settle accounts as funds become available and as accounts fall behind. The estimated time you were given at enrollment reflects how long it typically takes for us to settle and resolve all enrolled accounts.
Here is how the process works. We work to negotiate a settlement, obtain your authorization, receive the settlement letter, and then begin making payments toward that settlement. Any funds that are not used for that settlement will continue to be saved for future settlements. Once enough funds have built up, we move on to the next account and repeat the process until all accounts are resolved. If this process was not fully understood at the time of enrollment, we sincerely apologize.
At this time, we are actively working on settling one of your accounts. We will contact you as soon as we receive a settlement offer for your review and approval. Please note that there is no set timeline for when a settlement offer becomes available, as this depends on the creditor and the negotiation process.

I am incredibly happy with resync. They helped me deal with my creditors and also did so in a timely fashion. I saw significant improvement in my credit score and I highly recommend them if you are looking to settle debt
