The furniture pick up went well. The movers were kind and respectful of the property. They didn’t take a large tv cabinet and didn’t use stairs that I paid extra for the service. Getting that money resolved was an inconvenience. It was 4 days and the service person was very good. But it shouldn’t have happened.

The guys at Resupply do a fantastic job! We were downsizing in a hurry and had a bunch of furniture that had to be moved out in a short period of time. They took great care getting things down our stairs and through hallways, being so very careful to avoid any damage to the walls and floor. We had them out twice, and both times I was very pleased with their care, speed and efficiency. The booking process is rather detailed and takes some time to complete if you have a lot of things, but once that is done they come out quickly.

In my area (Rhode Island) Resupply used a local company to pick up the items I wanted to donate — Dream Team. They were on time, efficient and polite. No nonsense. Got to work and they were done in what seemed like minutes. Good communication regarding final pricing for the service.

Team was efficient, neat, and courteous. We must have been their last stop and somehow they managed to squeeze all our junk/donations on two really full trucks. Amazing!

I’m not sure where to start first…we were delighted to see the expanse of what we could move out! ReSupply found us a team, scheduled them and when that team “called off” 1 day before removals, ReSupply found us a team to meet our schedule needs! That was amazing! Even better, they found us a gem of all movers JDawg! Steve and Cortez were the epitome of terrific movers, careful and thoughtful about how to handle tricky items (a sleeper sofa on the second floor with a multiple tight-turn stairway AND an oversized treadmill in the basement accompanied by a way-over stuffed rocker recliner. It exhausts me just to think about what they accomplished. They very kindly took everything we had piled up - big blocky heavy pallets, clothing hanging racks, mattress and box spring. We offered them a chance to sit and recover between acts but they soldiered on even in 80+ degrees. They did it respectfully and were pleasant even with the daunting amount they moved into their truck. We arranged for them to pick up the last few pieces on the next day as their truck was packed to the gills. They were as good as their word. I believe these guys should be awarded an Olympic Gold for this one! Thank you Steve and Cortez, you are the consummate removals team. I recommend them very highly to anyone who needs an efficient, effective team to clear out donations for ReSupply.

I was grateful to find someone to not only pick up my furniture, but knowing that it would go to someone who truly needed it was the most important factor! The young men who contract for Resupply and came to pick it up were super kind, professional, and moved it so carefully through the halls of my home that it was greatly appreciated! The booking process was super simple and they kept in touch with me through the whole process! I highly recommend this resource.

The crew came at 10am which was great. Didn’t have to wait until 12pm. There was some difficulty getting my washer & dryer out of my house. Had to give a helping hand to the 2 movers a little. Had a small scrape on the side of my house since one of the machines was a little wide going by past my outdoor steps. But it was still worth it to get rid of the unwanted items.
