the person assigned to write my resume is writing part time. she had very limited times to schedule the phone call, only allowed one for 30 minutes. she ghosted me right after she gave the first draft, which was immediate--within the first week. after a week and a half of nothing, and me writing emails each day, she did finally provide the Word version, corrected email address at the top, and gave me a Word document for instructions to set up LinkedIn profile. Did not make any changes I asked her to make. You get what you pay for, so don't bother with ResumeZest. Unless you're fortunate enough to get someone other than Jess

Open a google doc with your resume and communicate with your writer via comments. This helped tremendously.
