I’ve worked with Joe a few times now. He has helped me in so many ways, from figuring out why coffee was holding me back, to finding a fitness routine that builds not only muscle, but confidence and mental well-being.
Joe gets that life is complicated and that your fitness doesn’t have to be.
He’s also just a really great guy that’s been there for me in some incredibly challenging times even though he didn’t have to be.

Joe is an absolute pro! He’s been such an incredible accountability partner, knowledgeable nutrition coach and so much more. He’s helped me start my short term weight loss journey (-22lbs in my way to -75lbs) and reframed my new long term life plan all at the same time. Coach Joe is a 10/10! He’s a true professional but is so relatable in his approach to nutrition. The knowledge he has in this area and the ability to explain in relatable ways is so helpful. Not only do I trust him with my own weight loss/nutrition journey - I have opened my gym doors of SETS to him and now refer clients out to him - and everyone has loved him! Having Joe as a nutritionist was one of the best decisions I could make. My whole life I struggled with not knowing how to lose weight and thinking it wasn’t possible for me. He teaches you how to have a comfortable lifestyle changes, reach your goals, and enjoy the process! It’s comforting knowing that he’s not just helping me where I want to be, but also teaching me how to sustain that for life. Highly recommend

I've had the privilege to share the stage with Joe Villegas at the Health 2.0 Conference this past year in Las Vegas, NV. I have also had the experience to be a guest on his amazing show, Real Results with Joe. Let me tell you, Joe is PHENEMONAL! He has a deep understanding on how to connect with people. He also knows the importance on spreading the message of health and wellness by doing it on his amazing platform. I have spoken on several platforms in my career including multiple news channels and a TedX Talk as well. I can honestly say working with Joe is right up there and he is AMAZING at what he does!
