I needed support because I had trouble with one of the plugins, and one of the support team member called Bibhu carefully guided me through each step until the problem resolves. So, very good experience on my side. Recommended.

Side note: I must say, that the plugins that they have are numerous (it'd be much appreciated if they can combine it into one single app), so it's a bit of a downside in that regard, but it works really well if you can get past the installation and setting.

Dysfunctional service, very unhelpful staff, it's been 3 month and it's filled with bugs. Don't trust their fake good reviews. I found nothing good in their services.

Horrible support. It's not about the money wasted only, it's also how their horrible, dysfunctional system creates terrible customer experience.

Issues we faced:
1. Tons of payment failures on stripe
2. Order app didn't work properly for the first few weeks.
3. KDS is still dysfunctional after 2 months.
4. Most of the extensions are outdated and doesn't work.

Look at the other real reviews and you will see similarity in the complaints.

Software doesn't work, don't touch it, their support team will trash your site then abandon the job and leave you completely dead in the water , stay away from this dog shit app
