First off Respro masks are superb

First off Respro masks are superb. I initially bought cheaper copies and its only after my Respro makes arrived I realised how inferior they were. The Respro masks themselves are faultless.

Now onto the company itself. I see people on Facebook saying they have had rude replies and problems. Well I just wanted to say my experience has been completely positive. When I have emailed the company I have received a very quick reply. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. People moaning about the not having enough stock, well no one could have foreseen what happened this year so you cant blame Respro, they have been restocking as fast as they can.

All in all a brilliant product from a brilliant company.

Long time user of many of your mask and filter selections. It keeps getting better!

Thanks much for great products you have made available worldwide. I have personally used your products without reserve for the past decade and it has enhanced my health and enabled me to perform in a very busy lifestyle of work and more work. Respro has done more than any other like companies in providing suitable fitted, military technology centric air filtration to the sport user. In these tough times which affect everyone worldwide, I put my faith on companies like Respro to continue to rise to the challenge and lead in the consumer respiratory and sports filtration fields. Thanks for making a variety of high performing respiratory filtration products available all!

Really really poor service from Respro

Really really poor service from this company. Ordered an item which I then need to exchange. Followed their process of returning the item and paying via PayPal for the additional return postage.
Without any communion eventually got a refund for the items (which I wanted exchanged). They decided to hold on to my additional payment for return postage. Chased via email no reply. Finally got a response on Facebook to say they would look into it.
Finally refunded the additional postage again no communication.
But no offer to actually exchange the item like I’d originally requested.
Lesson learnt. Don’t deal with this company in the future. Poor communication poor customer service. Basically poor all round.

****Update****

Finally got a response from the customer service team. So let’s be clear the the initial mistake with the order was mine but I followed their process to try to rectify it.

Customer service team replied stating they had informed me the item was out of stock ( blatant lie as they had not ) followed by how they would never deal with me again. Hardly the type of response you’d expect from a professional company. Seems this one is being run out of someone’s garage. Full response from the customer service team below. Note the extract in their response of my original email accepting my error when ordering.

Odd also that after following their exchange process they had to be noticed to refund the additional postage payment because they were not aware of it.

Client was notified of no stock availability hence the refund without notification to save time and communication. The £5.00 payment was made considerably earlier in the communication thread. As soon as we were notified of this added payment it was refunded. At the end of the day made the mistake in the first place which is indicated clearly on the sizing page.

NA quote:

"However it seems in my haste to order I ordered the incorrect size of replacement filters for my Cinqro mask. I appear to have ordered M instead of XL."

The client will not be serviced by Respro® again.

Beware of Respro!

On the 13th of March I have placed an order for 2 masks (for me and my partner) , pro seal and some filters--for a total of 250 £. I have received my shipment on March 23rd. After I have received the mask we quickly realized that something was off. We picked the masks based on the chart provided by respro and we're well within the sizing chart for the suggested numbers. After being totally unable to wear the masks that were way too tight, painful to wear and way too small(medium techno mask for Her and L ultralight mask for me), on the 30th of March I reached out to respro support service. Being well aware that the masks cannot be refunded as stated on their site because they were opened, I explained the situation and asked for a refund of the unopened filter packs and asked why I have been charged with a shipping fee. On the 31st of March I was asked to provide photos of me wearing the masks.i have provided them on the 7th of April(I had alot going on until then) and have explained that the mask I wear actually physically hurts me. On the 8th of April I have received a statement that the mask looks small but opened masks cannot be returned- but the support will do everything they can for me to have the mask fitted. I was asked for measurements that I have provided on the 9th. After that there was another mail from the 12th asking about more measurements which I have answered to and provided a photo of the wound the mask left on my nose. I have expressed my concern what will all the measurements do when the mask won't fit in any way.. On the 16th of April the support agent Harrison stated that he will reship an XL ultralight mask to me- at no expense. I asked if it is possible to have included combination filters in the correct size as well. Since I got no response about the promised mask, on the 23rd I asked what is the status of my problem. On the 25th I have received a copy paste text from the FAQ concerning the covid 19 filtration and that was it. Since I got no reply after that on the 4th of May I reached out to the support again to ask what the hell was going on. I have written that a mask was promised but not delivered, that I never received a response about returning the unopened filters or the shipping fee. I expressed my frustration and asked if there will be a conclusion to my support request. Well... It seems that there won't be. On the 16th I have received a very arrogant response from the same person that promised to reship the mask. He stated that the masks are not returnable and that it is all my fault from the start for not providing them my measurements in advance. He blamed me for being unresponsable, he said it is my fault for following the sizing chart. He also stated that the support never ignored me and again blamed me.

And even then he ignored my previous mail about why he is not sending the promised mask and again he didn't answer my question about returning the unopened filter packs. I have messaged that on my last mail to respro on the may 17th and also have asked why have I been asked for countless measurements if the whole idea of that madness was just to put the blame on me. Why haven't they done this from the start and went on with this?

Anyway, as I will probably never receive another response I advice everyone to be very careful when dealing with this company.

Even when they have made an official statement that a XL mask will be sent to me they have ignored me after. Even more, they refused to answer me about refunding the unopened goods - something that is my right as a customer, a right that is protected by several EU laws and Respro is breaking them.

The sad thing was I spent a lot of money (250 pounds is a lot for Bulgaria) in order to try and protect myself, my loved ones (including elderly parents and my 2 months old baby) by having good filtration masks that I can wear even at work (which involves dealing in person with refugees and migrants even during a pandemic).

Instead I got scammed...

The root of the problem lies in your failure to supply your biometric data as is clearly requested on our sizing chart page which you viewed. Everything else rolls from there. We did try our best and in your case we replied 10 times to your various emails. As for being scammed, the use of the word applies when you do not receive the goods you ordered. Therefore you cannot apply it in this case.

Don't believe the hype.

I contacted customer service in relation to sizing, as this is the only way to get proper measurements. They were slow to respond and i had to bump them a few times for a response. I then started getting responses from different departments which made things confusing. I understand this is a busy time, so no real issue there. But then i was getting conflicting responses on the size i need. Why not just have a chart so people can make their own measurements??? I purchased one anyway and found it to be too tight across the bridge and loose around the chin. I don't have extreme features that would compromise the fit. I found it to restrict breathing considerably, and would not be able to wear it for any length of time. They look like a quality product but the actual construction is poor. The nose piece was secured asymmetric which didn't help. I really don't want to deal with customer service again to have the issue resolved, would much rather forget about them and save some coin.
Much cheaper brands(as in no brand) fit much more comfortably and securely. I think maybe respro focus a little too much on fashion and marketing than producing a quality product. If you're considering purchasing one of these masks, look at the cheaper versions, They will fit better, do a better job and you can get 3-5 masks for the price of one respro mask.

I want to say thank you for the respro…

I want to say thank you for the respro team. As they were kind and very informative of their product and any question I have had. I have since received my product In a timely manor, this is by far the best mask I have used . I will keep ordering from them for a long time.

Terrible design that is painful to…

Terrible design that is painful to wear. The stretch velcro band that wraps below your hairline on the back of the head creates a single pressure point on the bridge of the nose. Now I have a scab on my face after one hour of use. Not even the largest size would fix this issue. Not happy after waiting almost a month for this product.

Hi Michael, The normal process of a complaint is to contact the company responsible for the product first, explain your issue and ask for help. Most problems can be resolved this way.

Respro® has no record of you requesting any assistance either with choosing the correct size of mask prior to purchase, or with fitting issues, post purchase. Had you been in contact we would have determined the problem was caused by an ill fitting mask. 99% of all fitting issues can be resolved. After all your head is no different from the vast majority of our customers.

Amazing product

Amazing product, using the supermesh for work and the cinqro at home for less cross contamination.
Very comfortable mask make sure you consult measurements before hand. Does take some getting used to but comfortable breathing and comprehensive filter. Its not claiming to be anything its not , but a very worthwhile aid during this time and an extra barrier. I can not recommend the products enough.

I have lately purchased and am currently using your products.
They are great and I cannot thank-you enough for it! I also recommended them to all my friends and family!
The support service and customers service was very quick in response and great to talk to. The delivery took a bit longer than announced, but not due to the Respro team, but due to current delivery situations.
I am very thankful to Respro for a sweet collaboration and quality products!

I have been using Respro masks for over 20 years

I have been using Respro masks for over 20 years and they have saved my life. As a child I was obsessed with horses and animals but am deathly allergic to horses, hay and sawdust. I have severe life threatening asthma and allergies. If I brush a horse or feed hay or even walk into a barn without a mask I would end up in hospital. I’ve been using the Respro Techno mask since I was about 10 years old and because of it have been able to ride and work with horses nearly my whole life, they are my soul. I have gifted masks in the past to other people working in barns who also have lung issues and it’s changes their life as well. I work in the film industry as an actor and have also used the mask on set in between takes where there is animals, high levels of dust or smoke while shooting scenes that I would NOT be able to tolerate otherwise, allowing us to film scenes as written without having to alter scripts or change locations or disrupt production. Now with the outbreak of Covid 19 I am only confident leaving the house to walk dogs or shop for essentials because of my Respro mask along with other precautions. Even though Respro is currently and understandably swamped for orders they have developed a great system to get their costumers the products they need to be safe, I was able to order their technically superior masks for my senior mom and my asthmatic brother and my heart patient dad and am extremely grateful. Their costumer service is wonderful, their products are very well crafted and have all the science backing them and I can not recommend this company and their products strongly enough. Also, you look super cool...

I ordered a Respro mask months ago for…

I ordered a Respro mask months ago for my cycling commute to work, before the COVID-19 outbreak took hold in my area. Customer service was super helpful when it wasn't fitting correctly and helped me make sure I was getting protection. When COVID-19 broke out, I ordered masks for my husband and immediate family. Throughout, customer service has been excellent, responsive and super helpful. Dispatch was surprisingly quick given the challenging environment the team at Respro is working in. I am very grateful for their service, especially at this time. And just to add - their products are excellent. They fit well, are comfortable, and fasten easily.

Mask fits. Metal nose clips allow adjustment (plastic clips do not). Values only easily when breathing through mouth.

*Summary*
In February 2020: Based on my measurements and Respro Customer Service recommendations, I ordered a mask, values, and filters costing 80 pounds. After some lost emails we were able to sort the mask out. I now have a reasonably well fitting mask.

*Details*
The mask seals around the nose and the metal clip is adjustable enough not to squeeze the nose shut. The mask nearly seals well enough around the bottom ( the incorrectly fitted mask didn't but replacement mask does) and this seems comfortable enough. The old mask did not reach far enough to close properly, but the new mask does.

The Powa values open only if I breath forcefully out through my mouth. These won't open to let air out when breathing through my nose. This is a problem for me because I go dizzy after a while when wearing the mask. When cycling I usually breath through my nose, not my mouth. I mostly use a BMX whether in a park or when cycling to work, but I just don't breath through my mouth when cycling ( or all unless I have a cold). I am looking for a way to get the values to be more sensitive to breathing though my nose perhaps with some wire or something.

*Details relating the ill fitting mask and how this was solved follows:
- March 2020: The mask did not fit. Their customer service requested photographs of me wearing the mask.
- At some point emails between us disappeared. I kept emailing, but had no replies. Respro have no customer service phone number - I tried their warehouse number, but they could not help and informed me email was the way to go.
- On 11th March 2020, I requested by email a refund of the unused items, but not of the used mask as per their T&C. I heard nothing and posted the items anyway. On 16th April, I wrote a disparaging review on TrustPilot.
- The following day Respro customer service (Media dept.,) picked up the review and contacted me. I was relieved and hopeful. I thought they really wanted to find out what had happened and fix what was needed.
- The Respro Media team investigated, liaised with their other teams, tracked down the missing returned items ( a possible problem with Royal Mail ), and after a few more very helpful emailed said they would refund the returned items. I was very relieved.
- They went one step further. Respro informed me that "...Our Technical team also had a look at your bio-metric data and have produced 'a special request' mask with a metal nose clip, Powa™ Elite
valves, Hepa™ Type filter and Respro® head strap."
- I am pleased. After over a month of frustration and despair, they had turned this discontented customer around. I look forward to trying out the replacement mask.
- Respro went the extra mile to solve this, even if I had to communicate through TrustPilot to get their attention. I hope the email problems are addressed.

Thank-you Respro for fixing this problem.

** Redacted & compacted version of my old review follows below **
... I emailed Respro numerous times without a reply bar a request to email photographs of the ill-fitted mask. Repro asked me for images on March 6th. I sent the images on the same day. I sent several emails asking for a status but heard nothing. I returned the unopened items (values and filters) to them. Items sent by signed for and tracked post. I included the original invoice and a letter explaining I wanted these items refunded."

Fantastic mask

Fantastic mask, the quality seems very good and the instructions and supporting FAQ online is very comprehensive. Breathing is easy and comfortable. Delivery was a little longer then expected, but considering the current situation pretty efficient.

Our Cinqro masks from Respro® PERFECT!

Our Cinqro masks are working great! We bought them prior to the COVID-19 situation for protection from allergies and polution. The ProSeal frames help provide a secure seal around nose and mouth and improve the fit. Even on long walks with our dogs, or working in a dusty environment, the mask has great breathability and is easy to wear. My brother-in-law works at a grocery and wears it for long periods and says even after 10 hours, he is still comfortable. Thank you, folks at Respro®, for developing such a fine product.

I have made several purchases over the…

I have made several purchases over the last month and each time ordering, delivery and customer service has been excellent!

Given this difficult time and the pressure, I have been thoroughly impressed by the communication and support we’ve received. To date I have ordered the Techno mask, Ultralight in Sand (gorgeous btw) and a 5 pack of masks for parents and in-laws, not forgetting their handy sanitiser.

Each delivery has come quickly and we are thrilled with everything we have ordered, although I would definitely like to order pro seals for our 3 ultralight masks.

The few people moaning and leaving negative reviews, there is a clear measuring chart and fitting guide, YouTube videos and a customer service team who even looked at my Instagram pictures and told me what size to order (they were spot on). So why you think they should refund you on items no one else would ever want to use second hand, is beyond me! It’s not like you are buying jeans! These masks sit against your mouths and noses!

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and you can see my mask @ lucycdoyle on Instagram - Cheers guys 👍🏼

Great customer service.

I ordered a mask based on the sizing guide, but it didn't fit. I contacted Respro and they asked for pictures and provided the correct sized mask that fit so much better. Then I contacted them again as the mask kept slipping (while I was moving around) and they sent me a head strap. The head strap worked a treat; the mask stayed in place and was more comfortable to wear. My experience has been great with Respro who got back to me and made sure I had the correct size and that I could actually use it correctly. Thank you. I've already ordered from them again.

cool, trendy, something for everyone, they rock!
At one point I contemplated moving out of London, but these masks work for me, while the government sort it out!
