Had an amazing experience with Resolve. I was able to see contracts from different states to see if my offers were within a reasonable range. I want to point out the wonderful experience I had with my lawyer Zach Beare. He was quick to respond, was very great in adding or suggesting any negotiation requests based on current offers at the location you’re interested in, exit strategies, and suggesting email drafts for you to communicate/ negotiate with future employers.

Kyle and the Resolve team were exceptionally professional, responsive, and supportive throughout my contract review and negotiation. Kyle clearly explained complex terms, identified key issues, and offered strategic guidance that gave me confidence. The process felt smooth and collaborative, and his expertise helped me secure an agreement aligned with my goals. I highly recommend him to anyone navigating employment contracts.

From my experience it doesn’t worth the money specifically if you choose basic service for $799 it’s just one call and one email and then they keep you stuck. You can’t review changes or give a feedback unless you pay more. I would rather recommend to search for a local lawyer in the area you want to work to get a better service.

Negotiating a private practice contract as a first-time attending was definitely new territory for me but Bryce was super helpful every step of the way, handling all of my anxious questions patiently. The calls sometimes felt a bit rushed so definitely come prepared with questions/concerns but there are plenty of opportunities to meet so ultimately it was a great experience. I feel great about the agreement I signed and I will definitely come back to Resolve with future contract negotiations!
