This company did some work for us in Sept 2017. In 2019 there was a small problem which was not resolved. I now hold a legal notice stating that
"the company was wound up voluntarily on 30 January 2020. The joint liquidators are Lloyd Biscoe and Wayne Macpherson of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, The Old Exchange, 234 Southchurch Road, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, SS12EG."

Nobody has ever come back to me!! Placed a order of nearly 3k supposed to ring me back and they haven’t bothered. Must not need my business

Very good quality resin and agregates - looks fantastic

Appalling! After a stressful time trying to plan a date to start work failed due shoddy customer service I asked for a refund of my £500 deposit. No one could deal with this ! Unusual ! I became very suspicious. In the end as I was protected with my bank as I paid the deposit via card transaction (which was touch and go as the initial onsite consultants card machine didn't process that payment) my bank had to intervene and thankfully and successfully collect that payment back for me.
Avoid this now Ltd !! Company.

Avoid this company at all costs. Didn't do work and will not pay back 3500 pound deposit. Won't speak with us now with solicitors

I paid just shy of £9k for my driveway just over 2 years ago. I now have a couple of long cracks and tried to contact them to get it repaired - only to find out that they have gone bust!!!

Does anyone know how/if there is anyway I can get any of my money back, or my drive repaired?

This company are the worst that we have ever come across had no idea how to sort any problems out no
social skills don’t know how to answer the phone or
send an email Some of the reviews are absolutely
heartbreaking to think that this company took people’s
hard earned money and gave nothing back in return.
Our government needs to man up to this sort of thing
and support the victims and not thé swindlers.

For anyone who didn't get their drive done but had signed the paperwork for Hitachi finance but paid the deposit directly to this company. Keep in at the finance company as they are liable to return the deposit to you. We got ours on Friday took 6 months and they rejected it once but we put the same claim in again and they paid us the deposit back

Went bust owing me over £2k. When you search for them (is been chasing them since August for payment) the search redirects to resin bonded floors. When you ring the number they tell you that the have nothing to do with the business that went bust in December 2019. They know the date of liquidation though. They are rude - the guy said - “I’m not a receptionist”. The new company is set up just 15 minutes from the old by the son of the previous owner. I had all the stories that other reviews set out below (cheque on desk, John is out etc etc). Resin bond floors and resin drives Co uk are to all intents and purposes the same business. They should be avoided.

I would give no stars, CON Artists, ripping people off of their deposits big time. Took a very large deposit off me, kept cancelling work, then said fencing company went bust cancelled again. Cannot get an answer either by phone or email. When finally got through said my cheque was being sent recorded delivery, never received, still not answering calls. Still trading, potential customers take heed of what I'm saying

Con Men. Sales man was very pushy. A right to cancel within 14 days is a joke. I cancelled within the 14 days and tried for 1 month to get my money back, with no luck. When I rang they were always polite but always said I needed to speak to another department, and when they tried to put me through, the line was always busy. They would take my details but no one ever called me back. Emails were not replied either. The conversations I did have, I was fobbed off with them saying “the cheque is on the MD desk to be signed but he is out of the office” or “finance department finished early”. Barclaycard managed to get my money back but only after another 3 months. Disgraceful. Avoid this company.

George is handling this. and if Resindrives owe you money you can be put on the creditors list. TO THOSE OF YOU WHO PAID A DEPOSIT AND THE CONTRACT HAS NOT BEEN FULFILLED this I believe to be FRAUD. The liquidators have to report this type of activity. I believe Trading Standards have a case file on this company so if you have been affected/swindled please give them a call.
