Real estate photography pro from the start of taking the offered online training to joining the coaching course has been an absolute life-changing experience for the better. Within one year of knowing absolutely nothing about real estate photography I went from zero dollars a month to averaging about $7000 a month in just one year.

This company has a phenomenal set of systems in place to pretty much get someone with ZERO experience of A) Starting a business and B) Doing it in an area of absolute ZERO prior experience (I never took a photo with a "regular" camera in my life before joining this program!). They guide you step-by-step with one of the most detailed checklist itineraries I've ever worked with. Awesome videos/interactive assignments to reinforce what you're learning. They provide a personal Coach to help you throughout the process and that is something that has been very helpful and much appreciated. I love the fact that we have step by step direction on what to do with REPP. Some things are simple and basic but when you are new to the field you feel lost and don't know where to begin. Our Coach has also been AmAzInG!!! It can be hard for a Husband and Wife team to agree or work together on something we both want so badly and our Coach has been our voice of reason and given us a positive perspective without diminishing either point of view. With actionable weekly checklists, you never need to guess which part of your business you should be working on. Honestly, before I joined, I was on the fence, because I thought that I could figure everything out on my own. I took the Repp coaching course, and it was excellent. The course material is excellent, and the coaches are on top of things. I'm older and don't have time to "figure it out." This coaching has set me up to hit the ground running.

Going through the course was definitely a life changing experience! The coaches were an absolute power team with their guidance, accountability, and encouragement! Owning your own business comes with so many unique challenges that can make it that much more difficult to navigate on your own. REPP was an amazing experience for me! Growing a business has always been a dream of mine, and REPP really helped me start that. The coaches are extremely helpful, the course material is invaluable. This course arguably kickstarted my business by 2-3 years! My only negative would be that towards the end of my time with REPP, I felt like the coaches were more distant than when I started. My name is Scott Golmic and I am a real estate photographer in Jacksonville, FL. About 18 months ago, I didn't even know that real estate photography was an industry. I joined REPP coaching May 2023 with ZERO experience in real estate photography and I am based in Northern Utah.

0 -> 20K/MONTH TIMELINE: I worked hard on my business while working a full time job and hit the 6k mark within the first few months (around mid-July), got to about 14k/month by November, stayed upwards of 10k+ during slow season (Nov-February), and hitting 21k+/month now (March 2024) and looking upward of that and scaling from here.

THE VALUE I GOT: This coaching program provides incredible value and if you use the coaching to its fullest, you will achieve incredible results. Results are not handed to you, you honestly have to work for the results as it is with all business endeavors, especially starting out. These coaches helped me avoid critical mistakes that would have put me out of business or have had me stay an incredibly small fish in the industry (which in my opinion I still am until I scale to a team - I am a solo operator still as of 4/15/2024)

PLANS FOR THE FUTURE: Since starting and now almost a year mark, I plan to re-invest into coaching to take my business to the next level from 20k/month to 30, 40, 50 and so on. Their advice from scaling businesses is invaluable and I honestly would not be where I am today without their guidance.

MY ADVICE: If you are truly an entrepreneur who will grind really hard in the beginning to truly make things kick off, you can make an incredible business out of this opportunity! I have multiple friends from Michigan, Florida, California, and other places in the continental US who have achieved even greater than 20k/month who I talk with consistently and see at the REPP conference!

WHAT I LOVE: The support structure, the coaching calls, the start up assistance/existing business adjustments and the coaches.

Eli has built a great team of people who are dedicated to coaching you and helping you build a sustainable business. The coaches are wise, responsive, supportive. The course material and overall methodologies line up with my personality, so it's a perfect fit for me to implement within my own business. The processes they have are specific, logical, easy to follow and you have the support from the coaches to get them properly implemented in your business.

I don't think there are any other real estate coaching programs out there that are as perfect for me as this one is.
