Excellent service by padraic hubbard in removing the wasp nest

Everybody was very efficient. Within a few hours, the contract was organised, and shortly after, they were on the premises organising the treatment. I used Rentokil in 2008 and stand by them again today for quick, reliable, professional services.

Stephen Dunne was so friendly, informative and professional. I could not recommend him highly enough.

Marriette called to our house to deal with a rats issue. She explained how she intended to deal with the problem and addressed our concerns in a calming manner. The issue was resolved thanks to her efficiency and knowledge of the job in hand. She was a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had the need to use the services of Rentokil, in Tallaght. I found the service excellent, well organised, polite, helpful and knowledgeable staff, who addressed the issues that I had, with Rodents, in a quick and efficient manner. I would highly recommend them.

Had a problem with wasp nest in soffits above front door. Contacted Rentokil on 5/9/2024 using online chat. Was told I would be contacted before 1pm the next day (Friday). Around 9:30am was called and explained my problem. Was told the guy who deals with this in my area was on leave until Monday, but was told the area supervisor would get contacted to see if there was someone else who could come out later on Friday. Around 13:20 received a text saying area manager hadn't answered calls and was probably in meetings and it would be be Monday before somebody could get to me. I responded by asking to be called after 14:30 to arrange this. It's now Monday evening and nobody has contacted me. Just as well I contacted a local pest control company who came out on Saturday morning and from initial contact to dealing with the nest time taken was only 4 hours.

Michael O'Flaherty is so professional and helpful...We wouldn't use any service but this due to Michael being so good! Highly recommend using this business if they have people like Michael working there.

Form start to finish Mariette made this experience so much easier. Her knowledge excellent. Her focus on customer needs outstanding. Shared lot of tips and ideas with us to ensure no further issues. Star for Rentokil they lucky to have her. Thanks again Mariette

I had a rat invasion & Mariette dealt with the job,so professionally & efficiently & within 2 weeks,all the necessary work,was completed.I was a nervous wreck & Mariette was so easy to talk to & she was wonderful in calming me down.Top marks Mariette,for your People skills,your thorough knowledge & most importantly, for identifying the source of the problem(the drains) & for getting Sanidrains to do the necessary work.Sanidrains are to be commended too.

Gabriel Barreiro came and did a thorough search and explained all the procedures to eliminate the infestation problem. Having followed these he is to return tomorrow to follow up and make decisions to finish the job
