Totally disrespectful disputes process
Totally disrespectful disputes process, we had agreed that we didn’t need a follow up service signed and agreed with their service agent. Months later it appears they sent a service agent, not that we knew they had been, apparently came when we were out? They sent us an invoice for a service we didn’t request and after we disputed they said we’re not expected to pay it - however they continue to send us a monthly ‘dispute’ invoice and won’t tell us what the resolution is.
So far it’s been 6 months, apparently they have a process and they are very busy.
