Totally disrespectful disputes process, we had agreed that we didn’t need a follow up service signed and agreed with their service agent. Months later it appears they sent a service agent, not that we knew they had been, apparently came when we were out? They sent us an invoice for a service we didn’t request and after we disputed they said we’re not expected to pay it - however they continue to send us a monthly ‘dispute’ invoice and won’t tell us what the resolution is.

So far it’s been 6 months, apparently they have a process and they are very busy.

They come without notice and on closing days sometimes they come every 5 months others twice in the same month. The Client Retention Manager never answered back when asking for a reason for a full charge on a day when my business was closed.

Just got cut off by a Rentokil branded car (JRL464) at the Johnsonville roundabout and had to slam my brakes on. Tried to call Rentokil to alert them to this but no one bothered to answer the phone. If you are going to drive in a company branded car try obeying the road rules and not pulling in front of people with their kids in the car. Shame on you!

Zero stars should be an option! Do not use this company. Terrible, terrible comms, not remotely interested in customer service in any way shape or form. Been battling for three weeks to get a refund. Avoid at all costs!

They only give a 3 month guarantee so go figure. IT DOESNT LAST. Go to wet and forget and get the tube of Ants In Your Pants. Much cheaper and lasts longer. This company is a joke.

Took on a job, made the ant problem worse. Was supposed to have someone come round and complete the remaining 80% of the job, despite phone calls and emails still yet to hear from someone who can actually deliver on their promise. Had to bring in another company to sort out their mess. Just the worst service I've received from a NZ company, no one taking any sort or form of responsibility.
Avoid at all costs.

In January, We requested a specific treatment of a parcel containing wool located at the International Mail Center in Auckland so it can be brought into the country. They had to cope with a backlog and promised that they would treat the parcel mid February. Today -- 1.5 months after the expected execution of the job, I received a call that Rentokil does not offer the requested treatment. Needless to say that we are extremely disappointed and frustrated how our job was handled: Their staff did not know what treatment they offer, 1.5 months late, and an email with "sorry for the inconvenience" as apology.
