Couldn’t love this site more

Couldn’t love this site more! They go above and beyond. Had a small issue with one of my gift cards and contacted live chat, Ahmed couldn’t have done more to help! He was honestly amazing. Couldn’t sort it out last night cause the business he needed to contact had already closed so told me he would be back in touch today, I expected to be forgotten about to be honest. He emailed at 9:03 this morning to let me know he was still working on my issue and had it resolved for me a couple of hours later. With customer service like that I expect this site to go far!

I wouldn’t even give it one star

I wouldn’t even give it one star. It’s a terrible app, had multiple issues since the day I joined, kept being given false promises of when it would be resolved. Multiple updates and it still hasn’t fixed the issue. Eventually the issue was resolved but they changed the value of the points meaning instead of £50 for 5000 points you only got £20 which seems unfair considering the option for the £50 was there for the whole week I was trying to redeem my points but couldn’t due to an issue on their end. Have closed my account as couldn’t trust them to pay my rent payments on time or at all.

Edited to add - yes the £50 option was a promotional period which I was there for and tried multiple times to redeem and couldn’t due to technical issues on your app everyone faced these issues so you should have upheld the £50 vouchers for everyone who had joined during that promotional period and couldn’t redeem due to your app issues

Regarding the points value, the £50 redemption option was available for a limited promotional period, and our Terms & Conditions have always outlined the standard value of Rentd Points. We appreciate that the timing felt unfair given the issues you were facing, and that's feedback we take on board.

We truly hope that one day you'll reconsider giving Rentd another try. We're improving every single day and would love the opportunity to earn back your trust.

I've had a really positive experience…

I've had a really positive experience with Rentd from the start.
The onboarding process was straightforward, communication was prompt, and the team has been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I've had questions.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that values both efficiency and good customer service.
I'd definitely recommend Rentd.

Constant unwanted spam

I did not sign up to their mailing list and I keep unsubscribing but they send me stupid mails for a service I have no need for.
