I moved my furniture onto rentaspace in December 2019 and was completing on a new build in June. The build was pushed back so I have to get a larger unit to take more furniture. The process was seamless and the new storage unit was close to my existing unit. The day of my removals arrived 15 months later and my removal company let me down. Leah and Denise contacted a trusted removal company and arranged my removal for the following day. They went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them and will always rentaspace if the need arose.

I found everyone very helpful and efficient. I had every confidence that the items I was storing would be safe and secure. The company were also very flexible about the time I took my items away. There were some miscommunication problems, probably because the removal took place at the weekend. However, the issues were dealt with calmly and without further problems.

When my family's move time came quicker than expected we needed storage quick. I spoke to some companies and they told me to look on their website. However Leah from rent a space was so helpful and calming after having a fustrating and help us achieve our needs. Really good. Very easy access with big lifts and trollies provided to make it easy to move all your possessions. Good value too, The staff are very helpful and make the whole process as simple as possible.
If you've already got a padlock don't forget to bring it with you to lock your space. (But you can buy them from Rent a Space if you haven't).

The facilities itself was fine, very annoyed about the extra charge I had to pay for not giving them 2 weeks notice of emptying my storage room.

I don't think this was made very clear and considering I had emptied the unit a week prior to the end date, I was very annoyed.

Why couldn't rent a space just send me an email or call me to notify of the 2 weeks notice required in advance?

Friendly staff always willing to help. We had a last minute move and were able to book in and staff were flexible to allow us time to unload. Clean, air conditioning and plenty of easy access and parking. Great facility and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff, secure facility, good access and overall flexible service and terms.
We had 3 different sized units over a number of years and the transitions were always uncomplicated. The extra benefit of being able to have larger consignments loaded was also helpful on a few occasions where pallets were concerned. The overall facility is kept clean and is well monitored, besides fully air-conditioned which ensures a consistent temperature and dry environment. The price structure is fair and we opted for the minimum term options which are even more economical. If you need storage in Shrewsbury/Telford area, use Rent-a-Space at Battlefield.

I’ve used Rent a Space a couple of times now. I found the staff helpful and knowledgable. The storage rooms are very clean and dry and I was offered units appropriate to my needs. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

What can I say other than a huge massive THANKYOU to all the team at Rent a space Shrewsbury. Having been woken up in the middle of the night with water pouring down from all the ceilings in my house we had no choice but to put all of our valuables and furniture into storage while major work to the roof has to be carried out. I thought it was going to be a nightmare putting stuff into storage at such short notice but ended up being no problem at all resulting in a massive weight off my mind. The staff were so helpful, quick to respond and quite frankly nothing was a problem and they moved me in within hours. Leah, Denise and Will.... thankyou for all your help, so much apprieciated . Rentaspace have been absolutely brilliant with all my needs! Very friendly, approachable staff and the building itself is ultra-modern. I'll definitely be a customer of theirs for many years to come. Definitely 5-Stars from me. I'd give them more stars, if I could.

Couldn’t be more helpful! We had to make a lot of last minute changes to the amount of storage we needed as we packed up our house. The team at rent-a-space kept offering us advice on how to cut costs, helped me change our second unit three times in six weeks as we slowly compacted what we had, and made sure our two units were as close as possible to each other. I used them on a personal recommendation of a friend who also stores there having used several other storage suppliers in the past, and happily pass that recommendation on to anyone else looking for storage.

The team at Rent A Space is really helpful and knowledgeable. Leah and Denise helped us with setting up our short term storage and supported us when needed. The building is safe, secure, and accessible when you need a spontaneous visit. Sometimes, though, the second door is not accessible? Would highly recommend the unit.
