Arrived on time , called beforehand as expected and followed all Covid 19 safety rules, by wearing a mask, touching very few surfaces or doors and disaffected the boiler after the service

The engineer worked carefully in terms of ensuring safety from Covid. He investigated my heating breakdown, diagnosed the fault, supplied an fitted new valve. He then checked and double checked the system was working. He was brilliant and his name was Gus.
