I am beyond furious with the appalling service and complete lack of accountability from this company.

My order reached the final delivery station over a week ago, and since then, absolute silence. There have been no updates, no tracking progress, and no response whatsoever on their toll-free number.

I tried escalating this issue across every single platform available—WhatsApp support, Instagram DMs, and official emails—and all I received were the exact same copy-pasted responses. It is painfully obvious that they just send out automated, predefined scripts without even bothering to read a single word of what customers write.

False marketing with zero actual service backing it up.

Completely unreachable customer support channels.

Zero updates or transparency after placing the order.

Do not order anything from them! Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind. I am never ever using this service or buying their products again, and I will actively recommend everyone I know to stay far away.

Their black head removal strips are Too bad, false products. Total waste of money, not even a pinch of adhesive. Just plain black papers. Useless products

I recently got the RENEE Browfill Eyebrow, unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the product. The texture is NOT smooth as shown in their videos and pictures. I did reach out to their support team and even after sending pics and videos they dont want to accept there is an issue.

Very disappointed with the delivery of this product. The delivery driver kept giving short calls for otp and when I called back immediately they didnt answer. This happened for 2days and 3rd day when I called Renee cosmetics they said it will be delivered by end of day.. waited the whole day today no sign. Very bad 👎 never going to order from Renee cosmetics.

The reviews in this website for products are all fake. No reviews under 4 stars are shown to buyers. The reviews are suppressed that show reality of the product.
The fact that the reviews are suppressed mean that they are not trust worthy at all! Never buy from this website.
The Eye liner kit smudges easily and it's not as advertised.
There's no returns for products sold on the website as well it's overall cleverly disguised to deceive users.
