Ease of ordering. They had exactly what was needed for the car.

The waiting time and response is horrible bad

Emailed and said 7-14 days then called and said 6-8 weeks should at least offered free shipping

I ordered a reman motor 6 days ago and my order still hasn't been processed. It seems that this company doesn't actually remanufacture engines but resells others. In any case there is no information on whether or not I will get a motor. I asked to cancel the order and was advised I might have to pay a cancellation fee.

Ridiculous, and an illegal business practice. I expect an immediate refund or I will take recourse with my credit card issuer.

Questions answered by an American, all answers believable and too the point. Purchases like this are a gamble both for the company who sells, and for the customer who doesn't know for sure if this is a good used engine, or junk. I trusted this man, 'Tim', extension 1919 for several reasons, and believe the used engine will do what I want and be worth the money and time to replace the one I am replacing; cracked block/ boat engine, overheated.

How quick the the exact engine was identified and the same for completing the sale.

Getting answers and the time I have spent on the phone is insane. Ordered almost a month ago. Not even close to shipping.

So Far 5 star for ease of ordering and site use, HOwever lets see how fast i get my motor.

Easy to order straight foward

Extremely frustrated!! Spent over 3k to get the cold shoulder! I've called in multiple times and sent pictures of my issue. Seems I just get swept under the rug. Whoever answers the phone does not seem to care about your vehicle being down. Do youself a favor and buy anywhere else. This is ridiculous. I guess im just spending extra money since they can't get me an answer. 2 days have went by since I was told I should have an answer in a couple hours! Not good business.

So far great start in purchasing a rebuild
Had to put in a warranty claim as the motor was no good, no response it has been 10 days and still pending. no one will answer or get back to you. The worst customer service i have ever seen.
