The approach by all members of staff at this company I dealt with were polite, courteous, professional and clearly very competent.
They were knowledgeable and responded to my query in a commendably short time.
Subsequently supportive when the result of their enquiries was known.

Compassionate service. Extremely professional and reliable. You are always there at the end of the phone. Only one slight error, of a duplicate email that was sent a few days later than the previous one, which I had already responded to.

I got in touch with Relative Connections after reading positive reviews on the internet. I was searching for a relative and after my own research came to a standstill I approached R.C. Now I won’t go into too much detail about our find but there were definitely plenty of twists and turns. Wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for but that wasn’t any fault of RC.
Sue was wonderful, went above and beyond and has stated that she’ll be happy to help further if anything else happens to come up.

I decided to use this company to try to find relatives and wasn’t disappointed. Discreet, professional, informative and very reasonably priced considering what they do, and they helped me to get the best result I could imagine. Communication and updates were good and the staff, in particular Josh and Sue who I spoke to regularly, took the time to carefully explain things and listen to me and my concerns and always gave valuable advice. For several years, I have been considering trying to get in contact with a former friend and colleague - but have resisted progressing the search because of the circumstances in which we parted, the length of time ago, the likelihood that she had changed her name through marriage, as well as other factors. Contacted company after reading reviews. Josh was very helpful in explaining the service, the process and the likelihood of finding my half sister. We share the same father. There was also attention given to what might happen if she did not want contact. She was found quite promptly, as we had managed to put together quite a bit of historical information.
