They confused my account with one in France. When it was brought to their attention, they prevaricated, ignored, and called the local police to have me detained.
They still send me invoices.

The amount of courtesy and professionalism the front desk receptionist Dianna provides is absolutely amazing! It truly makes a difference in your day when the first person you see is helpful and cheerful. She always provides excellent client care and the building itself is always impeccable. Great business, great building, wonderful service!

I asked the receptionist if they have coworking space; the answer was "yes." On their website for this specific location, it says the location has coworking space. So I signed up for a multi-day-per-month coworking pass. Then they tell me their coworking spaces are booked until June. So, less than a day after booking my coworking membership, I ask to cancel and refund it, as this is the only location that I needed the membership for, and they say "no--contract says no cancelations"... not at all acknowledging the fact that they said coworking was available and that their website suggested spaces might be available. I understand contracts, but I also respect folks who acknowledge the real human/visibility factors of the transaction. Regus will lose my day-booking and membership business over this poor handling. The answers from their customer service email group seemed fully-scripted/templated and lacking any human connection... and they didn't acknowledge the other reason for my visits, the fact that I was already part of other paid visits. And so I will not do meetings at this location again, either.
