Regus requires 3 months deposit or 2months+credit card registration.
When we missed payment for 17 days however, they suspended our office use and imposed a late fee on us. Payment was made immediately the next day, however office remained suspended for 6 days. Nobody answers the call when we called to query why. Nobody call back when you leave message on their mailbox, so we had to go to the office to see their manager sitting at the counter doing nothing.
He told us to "create a ticket" in their portal, explain the issue, then someone will email us back. there is nothing he can do. He explained that though payment was made many days ago, we were supposed to write to them to unsuspend the office usage as their back end will not know about the payment made and they refused to compensate our loss of use for the many days they continued to charge us for.
Though we rented the place for 6 months, we did not take note that they have a clause to auto renew contracts 3 month before expiry. We missed an email sent to us barely 2 months into our contract to inform the auto renew at a 50% price increase. On the last day before the renewal, their manager emailed us again to inform the renewal, which we replied we needed more time to consider, but it was auto renewed anyway at 50% increase price and we are still refuting the non agreed renewal.
Hot water supply is faulty for almost 2 weeks now, aircon was spoiled for almost one month before. ALL NOT COMPENSATED. Overall, not recommended at all.
To Regus, please educate your internal team to communicate, rather then passing the nuisance to your customers to self help when fault arise from your team, AND PLEASE agreed to end our contract with your company at the original 30 November 2026 as we specifically say we need time to consider.
Please respect your customers choice when they say they no longer wish to do business with your company.
Please revert to confirm our end contract date on 30 November 2026.

Great location and work environment, and REGUS staff is very professional and service-oriented in offering help to our daily needs

The meeting room was clean and quiet and there is a TV screen which can be easily connected to our laptops for presentation. The lady serving us was friendly too!
