Regus - Quebec, Laval - St. Martin Bewertungen

Avoid Regus at all costs. This is a scam masked as a professional service, with zero support and zero accountability.

If I could have put one star, I would have.

This experience with Regus has been nothing short of a scam and lack of transparency.

I signed up for a one-month office rental (May 13 to June 13) at the agreed rate of $481. Instead, I received three invoices totaling over $1,400 for a lease ending June 30 — a duration I never approved.

From the moment I received the confirmation, I’ve been trying to cancel the agreement. I’ve sent multiple emails and made numerous calls to customer service, the corporate account team, and the Laval office — and every time, I’m told only the original salesperson can help, and no one else is accountable. It’s a complete runaround, and absolutely no one is taking responsibility.

I have not used the space, and yet I’m being billed. This is not only frustrating, it’s unethical.

The staff!!!
