Madison, the Office Manager and Kali (the receptionist) are total professionals and nice to boot! They have made us feel right at home since the first time we set foot in the door to decide if we wanted an office. (We ended up getting one).
There was a minor hiccup with getting our office furniture on time, but Madison has been completely transparent during the process and accommodated by providing pretty decent furniture in the meantime. We are very happy with our lease so far. It's in a great location and everyone who works from here is so friendly.
I can see us renewing after our lease is up, as long as everything stays the same. I highly recommend Regus to everyone I've talked to about our leased office. The price is also a lot less expensive than we were expecting it to be. The portal is pretty intuitive and I'm able to do everyone on my own. Anything I haven't been able to do by myself, Madison has happily assisted. Give those women a raise!!
