Extremely unprofessional staff with clear lack of empathy
This level of neglect and indifference is completely unacceptable. Despite multiple follow-ups and ample time provided, there has been no action, no accountability, and no meaningful response from the team.
In the emails from the support team, they have claimed that the process has started but to my surprise no one has bothered to reach out to me regarding the further steps.
I have exhausted every reasonable avenue to resolve this matter amicably, and their continued silence reflects a blatant lack of professionalism and empathy toward your customer.
I haven't had a response on the refund status as well which shows what standards the organisation holds itself to. It seems to be an impossible task to get a response out of them.
Given this persistent failure to act, I am left with no choice but to pursue alternative remedies, including formal escalation and other appropriate actions. It is deeply disappointing that this situation has been allowed to reach this point due to sheer inaction.
Also for example, they tried to force to get a professional tax registration citing it is required at the time of incorporation, but Professional Tax registration is mandated only when an organisation has employees or a definite plan to hire in the near term. It was clearly disclosed at the outset that there are no current or near-term hiring plans. Despite this, PT registration was pushed and bundled into paid “packages” without statutory necessity, indicating a template-driven, sales-led approach rather than a compliance-based assessment.
To summarise, it was an absolute nightmare dealing with them. FYI - i don’t have a resolution till date.

Unethical approach toward customers and a complete failure of internal accountability
There were many bad reviews against the company, it would been better had I believed those in place of registerKaro sales team. My experience has been extremely bad and exhausting. The company takes full payment upfront based on misleading commitments, false promises and significantly overestimates the actual scope of work.
What makes the situation worse is the conduct of their support and grievance teams. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations to various support and grievance channels, they refuse to acknowledge the mistakes made by the sales team. Instead, they attempt to push partial amounts as credit notes, forcing customers to accept unfair resolutions.
Had the support team acted impartially and responsibly, the customer experience could still have been salvaged. However, the way customer concerns are handled clearly indicates a lack of accountability. It appears that the sales and support teams operate in coordination to delay, confuse, and pressure customers rather than resolve issues fairly.
Most concerning is that I personally informed the founder, Sidharth, about the matter. He responded once and then stopped responding entirely. No one thereafter ensured that the customer was treated fairly or that the financial loss was compensated appropriately.
Even when cancellation is requested, the company refuses to process it and does not refund the paid amount. Overall, this reflects a highly unethical approach toward customers and a complete failure of internal accountability.
Update 1 - Reply here from registerKaro is same as I got on my Google review and it is same number. I had called to this number and explained her(Muskan) escalated issues and shared all the details and still she followed credit note resolution given by previous team ( Hamaad/Ankit/Saurabh) and had also gone ahead supporting their sales team rather than providing refund as the payment taken for overcomittd service and service delivered were defferent. They never bother to call and initiate correction to provide fair response from their end but share same standards reply to feedback and customer concern. The reply here is clear evidence of just image building rather than actually working ethically. They should not support their sales team fake commitments and set penalty from them for loss rather than holding customer money. But this behaviour setting example that sales and support/grievance team are working in collaboration and supporting each other rather than customer.
Update as of 4th Feb 2026: My issue related to the pricing discrepancy has been finally resolved. While the resolution required connecting with multiple teams and involved great inconvenience, the team acknowledged the issue, expressed their apology, and refunded the extra payment received. Team have also conveyed their intent to improve grievance handling processes for better and faster resolution, assured that such coordination & commitments failure challenges will not occur again, and assigned a dedicated point of contact. Special mention to Anish, Vansh and Muskan for their support in expediting the resolution process without further delay.

Register Karo is the worst company. Don't waste your money they are a bunch of egoistic and unprofessional people
I had my LLP registration done from Register Karo, and my experience was pathetic!, they are the worst company for this job, I had an LLP registered and they took around 2 months for this, and put my email id wrong because of which I did not receive my pan card for the company, I got my LLP registered in Oct and I am writing this review in Jan 2026, since the registration I was trying to get my email Id rectified, at the end In Jan 2026 I did it myself. My company bank account opening is delayed for 2 months because of this also my startup and MSME registration.
Register Karo is a company of careless and egoistic people, who only care about money. Their team never replies neither on portal on their website, nor Whatsapp and not even on calls, they msg you as late as 1 am in the morning for payment. Their customer support never listens to you only support their team.
From Sept till January, only document I have is incorporation certificate but paid them for LLP registration, startup India certification and MSME registration and GST number. only the COI I have everything else is pending for 4 months.
They team behave badly, shout at you on calls and argues with you when you tell them the problems you are facing because of them.
I read bad reviews about them but still went for their services this was my fault. They as a company are nothing but unprofessional and careless people

They haven't made a decision in a month or so. Two months ago, I approached these guys to register a company, and I believed their promises and gave them Rs 4 lakh. They cheated me in a good way.I didn't do anything during the service they said they would give me. I got angry after a month and incorporated my company. That's when I realized that there is no other fraud as big as theirs.When I realized that, I immediately sent them an email and asked them to stop all my services as soon as possible and refund my payment. But today, even though it has been a month, they are completely irresponsible Behavior towards me. They have no shame in showing me such indifference by taking my money and putting it in a box. That's why I entrusted the next people to continue this service. Every service message still comes in, just to show that I'm doing something, not to do anything. I understand very well that all their reviews are fake marketing. What can be done with such vile creatures?
Average service co, they love hardselling
The company provides average service. Thry have a lot of options for a new company. What I hate most is the way they oversell and try to cross sell.
You may get other options for similar services from other vendors, do not blindly go with this company, try to evaluate atleast a few more companies before you hire someone.

Their GST team as well as other people make everything [related to registration woth different departments] so complex, whereas in reality it is not.

I recently had one of the worst service experiences of my life with Register Karo. The staff seemed far more interested in upselling than resolving my actual issues; one representative was even unprofessional enough to imply I was 'cheap' when I declined additional services.
Their support infrastructure is equally frustrating. They force communication away from WhatsApp to a buggy internal portal that lacks notification alerts, meaning I have to constantly log in just to check for updates. This caused significant delays in every process. I strongly advise exercising caution before hiring them. While experiences vary, I am personally very disappointed.
I am truly disappointed in them, and ask you all to exercise caution. My experience does not have to be yours as well. But as they say "once bitten twice shy".

What initially appeared to be a straightforward request for trademark-related assistance turned into a deeply unprofessional and disappointing experience.
One of their representatives, Sambhav, contacted me regarding payment. When I asked him to share a detailed email outlining all trademark offerings and deadlines, his response was shockingly rude and aggressive. He spoke in a harsh tone and told me, “Do whatever you want to do or escalate to anyone you want,” and even questioned how I manage to run a business with such an attitude. This level of disrespect from a supposed professional was completely unacceptable.
My experience clearly revealed a pattern in their behavior: until the payment is made, customers are treated with extreme importance, but the moment the payment is completed, the attitude changes entirely. Calls go unanswered, messages are ignored, and the assurances given during the sales pitch—such as “I am just a call or message away”—become meaningless.
Even more concerning is the deliberate misrepresentation of roles by their sales team. Reethika, who is actually the Sales Team Lead, claimed to be a Legal Team Manager directly reporting to the co-founder. Gaurav introduced himself as the Director of the Legal Team, while in reality, he is a Senior Sales Manager. Swaraj claimed to be a Senior Manager in the Legal Team but is actually an Assistant Manager in Sales. Sambhav himself claimed to be a Senior Legal Consultant reporting directly to the founder, whereas he is also a sales executive. This consistent pattern of false representation appears to be a tactic to gain customer trust and push payments.
When I formally raised this issue, one of their team members, Arjita, confirmed via email that Sambhav and others involved were being suspended. However, I later learned from another representative, Muskan, that Sambhav was merely placed on a Performance Improvement Program (PIP). This information was not shared transparently and only came to light after repeated follow-ups with their grievance team.
Despite this entire experience, I was repeatedly asked to update my Trustpilot review positively. It became evident that many of the five-star reviews visible online are not genuine but are obtained by pressuring customers to post positive feedback. This practice is highly misleading and unethical, as it creates a false impression for prospective customers while genuine concerns are ignored.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise business owners to avoid RegisterKaro for any kind of business registration, compliance, trademark, MSME, GST, or related services. The company demonstrates misleading sales practices, poor ethical standards, and a complete lack of customer accountability.
Although I am forced to give a one-star rating due to platform limitations, this experience does not deserve even that. My sincere advice to fellow entrepreneurs and business owners is to stay away and choose a service provider that values transparency, professionalism, and customer trust.
