I went as a complete Dutch beginner and i was able to understant the basis of the language and study all vocabulary necessary for basic day-to-day life. Great acommodations and food ! Many interesting people to meet and discuss with.

The whole set up at the school is well-done. It took a day to find my way around - -I got lost a few times! The place is very clean and efficient (if not a bit sterile and simple). I feel the program itself needed to create some time each day for a real break - -to breathe, ride the bike or take a walk - - there was absolutely no time - - this made it very hard for me to fully absorb things and take more in as the week progressed.

My intensive training week at Regina Coeli was an excellent experience. Looking back, this has been the best investment of my time and energy.
The methodology and organizational structure used are highly efficient. The teaching team is extremely professional. They possess the skills to translate complex grammar rules into an understandable foundation. What was most valuable to me: they helped me to remove the barrier of making mistakes when speaking. This gave me the necessary confidence to dare to use the Dutch language in practice.
I returned with great energy and renewed motivation. My next objective is absolutely to return to Regina Coeli to achieve level B2.

A great experience, highly recommend to anyone looking to start their language learning journey. The basic courses help you understand what you need to do to make progress and what areas to focus on.
After the course you have more then enough material for self-study. The facilities are also great!

It was amazing experience to reach our goal.

I recently spent a week at an intensive language learning course at Regina Coeli. To say it was an incredible experience doesn't do it justice.

Every detail, from the learning environment to the healthy, delicious food, was thoughtfully considered. Meal times were some of my favorite parts of the day. Sitting at a table with people from completely different countries and backgrounds, finding common ground over a meal. It was one of those small things that somehow made the whole week feel bigger.

But what truly set this experience apart were my teachers, Laura and Loes. I've had good teachers before. Helpful, polite, professional. But I never left those experiences feeling like I'd made a connection. Laura and Loes were different. You could tell they weren't just doing a job.

Grammar is my weakest area and honestly, I've always been a bit embarrassed about it. With Laura, I never once felt stupid revisiting something for what must have been the hundredth time. No frustration, no impatience. Just genuine patience and a willingness to stay with me until it finally clicked. And it did.

Loes brought that same warmth to conversation practice. She listened to my broken Dutch without judgment, gently steered my pronunciation, and shared little cultural details I never would have picked up on my own. The kind of nuances that completely shift the meaning of something you say. Any missteps on my part were handled with kindness and a sense of humor, never correction for its own sake.

I didn't leave fluent. That's not realistic in a week. But I left as a slightly different person, with a clear and honest picture of where I actually stand and a specific roadmap for what to do next. I came back more motivated than I've felt in a long time.
