So far, the only information we’ve received is that the hamper was received as a gift. As no orders were sent to your name, we can’t verify the purchase or the concerns raised here. We’d really like to help and resolve this if you can respond to our messages with more information.

Delivery is handled by a third-party courier, so exact timings can’t always be guaranteed. If a priority delivery didn’t arrive as intended, we’d like to know so we can raise this with them.

We aim to provide clear images and detailed contents on our website so customers know what to expect.
