My personal experience was disappointing and concerning.
I signed up for a motor finance claim but cancelled very shortly afterwards, well within the 14-day cooling-off period (within approximately 30 minutes of initial acceptance). I sent written cancellation to the published cancellation email address and separately withdrew authority for Sandsford Law / Refund Club to act on my behalf.
A few days later I received written confirmation from a Customer Service Manager stating that my cancellation had been “processed”, that no cancellation fee was payable, and that Sandsford Law would “take no further action” on my behalf.
Despite this, I subsequently received multiple emails stating that various motor finance claims had been “accepted” and would be prepared for submission to lenders.
I have now had to raise a formal complaint to seek clarification and confirmation that no action was taken after cancellation.
I can only comment on my own experience, but based on this I was left with little confidence in the internal communication and administration processes.

Wasn't sure refund club was Sandford that many waiting on the a piece of the cane sort it out or not l will get someone else to do it
