Never received item can’t get hold of company definitely a scam don’t buy

I would give a zero if that where possible.
Ordered a pair of skiddaw shoes on the very convincing website.
Never recieved anything. No e mails to inform me what has happened apart from one, which looking at previous reviews of this scam website, are a bog standard reply about thier bloody production facilities have been having problems...Blah Blah. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

Total scam, lied in emails. Nothing arrived and the same excuses as others on here. DO NOT USE

I'm afraid these guys are fraudulent scammers . Their website was very convincing and consequently ordered a jacket and pair of shoes on January the 24th . A jacket did eventually arrive which was very poor quality and an e-mail in March saying they were experiencing manufacturing problems at their factory .
The shoes would be sent with an additional gift to say thank you for being patient , This to date has never happened and I have unsuccessfully tried to contact Reforest for an address for returns and a refund !

Shoes never arrived, told there was an issue at the factory in China (so not made in the UK) then no response on subsequent emails. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Scum company who are happy to take your money but not reply to any emails and not sending you your items. Staff obviously have no morals and happy to just take peoples money. Please avoid.

1 star is 1 too many. ordered Jan 4th, still waiting, no response from emails. been taken in and duped. DO NOT USE.

So i fell for this just before Xmas as attracted by the proposition, the look and the half price offer. But i did get the boots. They came wrapped in a plastic postal bag which i thought was a bit weird and then I could see they had come from China but the boots are really nice. I just went to the website to check something (it said they are waterproof and I wanted to confirm) and saw that it had been taken down and then saw the trust pilot reviews. I originally saw the ad on FB and I was totally taken in by it. I guess i was one of the lucky ones. Sticking to going to stores from now on I would imagine. Jon Cheltenham 25/4/24

Well like everybody else my order has not arrived. I’d be interested to know if (like me) other reviewers responded to the advert on FaceBook? If that is the case, surely they are as guilty as Reforest! I’ve tried to contact them out the address Fd orang seem to be valid!

Took my money but did not receive the boots I paid for. Multiple email to them and same response (when they bother to reply) - problems in China with suppliers, holidays etc.
Trying to get my money back but looks unlikely.
Totally untrustworthy and non-existent customer services.
Spend your money elsewhere!

Scammers. As others were, I was taken in by a very plausible Facebook ad and website. The pricing seemed a bit too good to be true but maybe just about credible for a startup.

Anyway boots never arrived, tracking info also seems fake and emails have gone unanswered. Now annoyed with myself for being taken in.

After seeing other people's experience I am off to see if I can get a refund from my credit card co.

The company website is attractive and very credible. I found it via Facebook. I ordered shoes on 24th January, and received an email saying they would be delivered on 17th February. I have had no shoes and no further communication from the company. Fortunately my credit card provider has offered a refund via chargeback so I shouldn't be out of pocket. It appears that Reforestore is entirely frauduent. Examine the website more closely and this is evident. Their shoes (if there are any!) aren't made in Britain. Avoid!

Like all other reviewers, I ordered boots from this company, but never received them. They did eventually reply to my e-mail but only to say they had problems at their factory. No indication of when I am likely to receive my order, presumably when hell freezes over!! Scammers. Do not use.

Like all the other reviews I thought I had purchased some boots. I received a confirmation email and then a load of rubbish about factories in China being closed and no real tracking. Tried to contact them but no response. Like others I think I have been foolish and allowed myself to be scammed. I thought I was better than that but obviously not. DON’T use this company!

Ordered a pair of Skiddaw boots on Jan 26. Got thanked for my money and basically, that's it. I was promised delivery (7 days?) between Jan 31 and March 6. After 'tracking' my order for 7 weeks, I emailed Reforest for an explanation. That was ignored so I emailed them a couple of days later with the same question. No reply, but they did something. All my purchase info had vanished. The claim in their sales that a customer came claim a free refund if they are not happy with their shoes. (only applies if shoes were ever delivered) BUT in the small print they say you would have to spend £200 to qualify for a refund?.........The unavoidable ONE star is far too much.

All responders on this page have had the same treatment.

Reforest are still advertising online.

As everyone else says, it’s a scam. No shoes, no contact and tracking site now no longer available. DO NOT USE THIS THIEVING COMPANY

Scam. Emailed them, no response. 5 weeks still no Boots. Emailed again, email undeliverable. Robbing scammers.
