Contacted them for a coupon issue and they made extra effort to get what I needed and make adjustments on their site to correct the issue right away. I was surprised at how quick, responsive, and effective their team was at helping me get my coupon fixed and order placed. Stellar!

I will tell you I haven't worn the vest and gloves outside yet. I purchased them for increased cycling safety during casual riding on the streets of NYC so I hope I won't be disappointed. What drew me to your product was my work experience. As a former City of New York employee I was responsible for researching products to improve worker zone for our roadway repair crews. I reviewed MUTCD and FHWA and ANSI guidance and it was there retro reflective products like Avery Denison and 3M were being studied. I wanted to start using products with retro reflectivity material for the work zone safety devices and the garments the laborers wore.

The running & cycling vest is remarkably well designed with a rear pocket and an interior zip pocket as well as the "all-over" reflective exterior.
The sizing is a bit snug, but that may reduce the layers needed to run in a cold day because it adds warmth as well as reflectivity. That seemed to be the case in my first run wearing it this morning. Temp was 40 degrees.

I have gotten many compliments on the gloves. I direct traffic for one of the local schools in my neighborhood

I was sent the wrong size. Someone crossed out the XL on the package and replaced it with an L. However the vest inside the package was clearly an XL. Now I have to return it and waste my time.

A year ago (December 2021), my daughter gave me a pair of ReflecToes bike gloves. I've been astonished how bright, warm, and dry they are. I can wear them in the cold, and I've never had a problem with them getting wet in the rain. I don't want to go back to the less-reflective bike gloves I had been using before.

Recently, I ordered a size larger, thinking that in extreme cold it would be nice to be able to fit a thin liner under them. The larger size, however, was not larger around, but only had longer fingers.

The Cold weather gloves I have bought are outstanding. I have been told they are ridiculously bright (reflective) and I am well seen at night. I wish they were a little warmer for super cold weather and a little bigger...they seem to run small (XL I feel is a little small for it's size........all my other brand XL gloves fit fine). Overall, VERY satisfied with the product.

It works. We now have more people in our cycling group ordering them. Some even have the socks and gloves. Must has for windy/cold days and nights. Bam!!!

Socks are great! Very comfortable. However, ordering the additional reflective decals was a mistake. They are backed with a very light-weight adhesive. Just the breeze of riding is enough to peel them off.

Colors last. Very visible. Would love to see jerseys back in the store. Breathable

The company has wonderful customer service! The gloves did not fit and they promptly gave me a refund and free return postage. Also liked the look of the glove, so I thought the glove and company earned a 4 star rating.

However, the fact is the gloves did NOT fit and lack any adjustment feature in the wrist.

I just wish there were a few additional tools on their web site for fitting - perhaps outlines of the hand sizes that match glove sizes that one can print and use for fitting.

The body of the glove fit, but the fingers were almost an inch too long. Also, the wrist area was too tight, with no elastic or velcro adjustment strap.

Really bright! Great products for my daily runs on dark winter nights.
