Wrong shoes were sent (different style and wrong size) and did not look authentic

The return process was also terrible and took way too long to get my refund.

Will never purchase from this company again

Sent fake shoes by this company. A complaint was raised immediately and they refused my statutory right to a refund.

Utterly untrustworthy.

Refined Shoes took over a month to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was two sizes larger than what I ordered in the wrong gender. I tried to contact with five emails and no response. No correction or contact ever made.

Would not recommend you buy from the company, I am still waiting on the training shoes I ordered in September 2023 I have sent email after email with no response, they were not shy taking the £80 for them. I will be taking this up with the Ombusman after the New Year, they won't be getting away with it.

Scam. Ordered some trainers on 2nd October and have heard nothing about delivery. I have chased twice but to no avail. Stay away from this company.

Scam. Took my money and never received order. Lack of communication. In the end got money back from my bank. DO NOT BE TEMPTED

Scam. Shoes have not arrived sent several emails and no correspondence back!! Just taken the money and run. Website looks genuine, actually came up on a Google search alongside many other well known websites so didn’t even think it would be a scam! Need to start looking for website reviews when it’s not one I have heard of before. Lesson learnt!

Total scam. Reporting to BBB and FTC. Do not give them your money.

IT’S A SCAM. I ordered a new balanced that never been delivered. I emailed the company and received a replied from “Joshua” that said my deliver was returned due to customer address issue. I kept emailing him more than 10 times since August asking for refund or re-shipping, and no more answers. IT’S A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I called my bank and they canceled my credit card for security and sent me a new one.
JOSHUA IS A CRIMINAL.

Not recommend at all , I made order and cancelled it after I read bad reviews, is the same day, they didn’t give me refund, I have emailed many time , it’s been a month.

I placed an order on September 23 for a pair of new balance shoes. I did not get an update on the initial couple of days. I decided to write an email and I never got a response back or my order. Then I wrote another email and another. For a total of 4 emails. They have no phone number. I had to contact my bank to dispute the monies.

This company is a scam and should not be allowed in the UK. Ordered a pair of New Balance trainers and received cheap "new bechade" trainers from China. This is an illegal practice and a legal inspection should be carried out on this company. Stay away and do not order from them!

Refinedshoes is a total scam. They only deliver cheap copies of famous brands. You order e.g. New Balance and receive a pair of New Bechade. Don't order anything from them!!!

Great price, great service, and fast shipping. Very well packaged. Will definitely buy again.

I was impressed by their initial delivery time, the shoes arrived two days after purchase for no additional charge, but their communication could be better.
