Ordered a rather large order for free shipping one fish did not make it past the acclimation one fish didn’t get shipped and no one notified me about it until I emailed them and instead of them sending the fish I wanted or substituted for the credited me for the fish but I would still have to come out of pocket for overnight shipping, poor communication with that team I even asked for a refund instead of a credit and they did not do that filed the claim exactly how you are supposed to to it said submitted and a week or two down the road with out hearing anything they said I must have not submitted it properly so the pic of the dead fish is gone and now I have no proof on top of that the 3 anemones I ordered were extremely weak and didn’t last 1 day either don’t order from them they have horrible communication they do not honor what they preach and most of there “good” reviews are more then likely bought, your better off buying local or through somewhere else.

After 3 months reefbeauties provided my refund. It was a painful experience, but they did communicate to the end and finally reach resolution.

Order a few times and always get very healthy fish.

DO NOT PURCHASE FISH from this company. I received 12 fish from Reef Beauties and by the 14th day ALL 12 FISH DIED. You can only contact them via email because they are scared to deal with upset customers. So I lost over $700.00 to these scam artists. They do not deserve even ONE Star. They used their policies to blame me instead of refunding my money. DISGUSTING.

From the Start Reef Beauties fish came in sick and started to wither away not even 24 hours after receiving the fish. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR FISH NEEDS.

Read the fine print!! If you do not respond to them about missing items in your shipment as you receive it you're out of luck. I had to argue with them about their policy before they agreed to do anything. Told them to keep it and see ya later. No good!!! Sneaky!

Healthy fish at a good price. Great selection .Well packed and healthy.In case you ever have a problem it's usually rectified fairly,just read all the rules about the guarantee.It is strict but fair.If you don't get quick response from customer service on an issue ,be patient they are very busy.They will get back to you. CHILL

Not good, bad customer service, dead fish, dead crabs,

This place used to be good but this year I’ve place 3 orders with them and each order I’ve had problems with die off in shipping or during the first night. It’s my option they try and save weight with shipping and skimp on water in the box leading to fish die off. Secondly the fish quality has gone down hill Imo. Fish shouldn’t die after diligence with acclimatization! Each experience led to in store credit which they are good with but they email only - no phone calls whatsoever. Store credit means you have to repay for expensive shipping again. With this last order I’ve just passed on the store credit. I can’t continue this back and forth game with these guys. I’m moving on.

I have ordered probably about $1000 of fish from this company. In the year or so since I set up my swt, three of the fish i bought from them died during the guarantee period. The first time they were great about giving a credit as per their policy. However, recently two fish died in the 24 hour period. This time
they never responded and after multiple ignored emails, they denied the claim stating the the fish wasn’t dead! I have multiple pictures of a very dead fish! Two of them in fact. I guess that they weren’t good enough.

A good online store I received two shipments in past two months had good shipping expenses good customer service.
