Special location, region, and vacation. Everyone should spend some time with the ancient trees, walking the beaches, listening to the waves, and decompressing. This home had a great location and plenty of subtle ways to encourage rest, relaxation, and contemplation.

This location was perfectly situated for us with easy access to the parks yet not inconvenient. We were able to visit the redwoods without needing to trek back to Trinidad or Eureka. The house is well stocked with a great view to greet you each morning. We enjoyed staying here and also being able to be nice and close to home after a long day hiking. We took a drive down to "Fishing Access" road and got a chance to walk along an empty beach on the less populated side where Redwood Creek meets the sea. We look forward to our next chance to visit again.

We found the team at Redwood Coast Vacation Rentals to be friendly, helpful, responsive, and extremely accommodating. The team allowed us to ship some special wines to their offices prior to our arrival in Trinidad. They then delivered the shipment to our vacation rental on time for our arrival. They even honored our request for an early check-in! Great experience all around.

This was a great house with all the necessities ready to go. I like the extra touches like bikes and games for kids. The house was beautiful and cozy.

Really great location, practically in the middle of the Redwoods, AND at the beach! Beautiful home, perfect for our family and can see it fitting for a family of 6 or 7! Great touches by the staff to have the shampoo conditioner, dish rags, etc, ready to use, they really thought of everything! We cooked most nights and had everything we needed. An extra special touch of having an Elk come through the 'grasslands' first night, and having whales spout off shore about 100 or so yards! hehe, it just don't get much better!

The house was very clean and cute, kitchen was well stocked and set up to use, the view from the deck was great. Parking is a little tough if you have a larger vehicle. I would definitely recommend this little house to friends and family

Perfect for what we needed, close to everything.

We were very pleased with Our stay in McKinleyville. The home was very well-designed for a large group of people, it had all the necessary items that we needed to stay in a home. Had a wonderful outdoors kitchen where we cooked several of our evening meals. Everything was up to code and we just truly enjoyed ourselves. There were six of us and we each had our own rooms, our own bathrooms. I can’t say enough about renting this place and if it’s still available we hope to try to get it in three years again.

They could add a corkscrew and a couple of wind glasses...

Excellent rental, easy instructions, gates open as requested, all amenities worked, great view, all worked out great.

Very informative when it comes to check-in and check-out instructions. Also liked the emails on things to do in the area before we got there.
