The jacket is perfect! It fits great and is so soft! It was helpful that you sent an email asking for the specific measurements to be sure I ordered the correct size. It also arrived quite quickly. I will definitely be ordering from you again!
I strongly advise everyone not to order from this shop. I contacted customer support multiple times regarding a return for Order #1216 and never received any reply. Since returns are only possible after receiving instructions from support, sending the item back is effectively impossible.
A company that ignores customers while advertising a return policy acts in a highly questionable and unprofessional way. In my experience, this feels like a scam.
