I love that Harmony and Lauren understand that every body is different...so every treatment is special to your specific needs...they are cool, open minded, extremely knowledgeable and diverse with their care. I consider them my primary care physicians over any actual PCP I've ever had. I have gotten the blessing of working with Harmony for 20 years and of all the acupuncturists I have been treated by, Harmony and Lauren are by FAR are my favorite. The office is clean, calm, chic and fun to explore their little shop of thoughtfully curated goodies while you wait or after your treatment. Out of a 5 star rating, I give them a solid 10.

I’ve been seeing Harmony for acupuncture for over 8 years, and that alone says a lot. From the very beginning, I felt genuinely listened to and cared for—not rushed, not dismissed, just thoughtfully treated. Her knowledge, intuition, and consistency are remarkable, and the results over the years have been incredible.

Every session is calm, professional, and deeply grounding. Whether I’ve gone in for pain, stress, or general wellness, I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It’s rare to find a practitioner you trust year after year, but Harmony and her staff is absolutely one of those offices.
