This is the 4th time THIS YEAR ALONE that I’ve had my AMEX replaced because of fraudulent charges associated with this brand. I've NEVER purchased from, never used, and had never even heard of before this started happening.

I’m sick of it!

I tried contacting their customer support to report the issue, but they only refer people to generic articles. I then tried using their SALES contact form, which is apparently the only channel where you can actually send a message.

And believe it or not, they DO NOT ACCEPT EMAIL ADDRESSES FROM GMAIL.
“Please enter a different email address. This form does not accept addresses from gmail.com.”

WHAT?!

I’m not even a customer, yet my card details have apparently been used for fraudulent transactions associated with this brand four times this year, and there is seemingly no way to contact them to report it.

This is extremely concerning and their lack of a proper way to report fraudulent activity is completely unacceptable.

Overall, my experience with this company was better than with some of the worst companies I've dealt with, but it was still far from positive.

I receive a lot of spam containing links created with this service. I report every abusive link so the spammers can be banned and their URLs blocked.

Unfortunately, the abuse team works very slo-o-o-o-o-wly. While waiting for a response, their AI agent sends me multiple unnecessary emails asking things like, "Please let me know if you could provide any additional details." As if there wasn't already enough spam in my inbox.

The company also seems to protect spammers and often refuses to ban them, even when I provide all the necessary evidence and their own policy clearly states that spam is a violation.

I would not recommend this service to any legitimate business. These days, shortened URLs are a security risk because they conceal the real destination, making them a common tool for phishing and spam. Services like this should respond promptly to abuse reports and enforce their own policies consistently.

Scam! Sending fake email about meta ads

They disabled my account without reason, and they don't respond to my emails. I had to urgently redo my links on all my YouTube videos and my website.

Text received to say that DD to DVLA not gone through. Yeah right! It's a good job these scammers can't even get an even vaguely related DVLA site to tempt you with. Pathetic.

after we started a paid Meta campaign, rebrandly sent me both a DM on Messenger and an email warning me that my meta account will be suspended. fully scam and spam!!! i'm shocked as their website seems legit.

This is a scam to get bank details from you. This website has tried twice to contact me through text messages. Don't fall for it

Received 2 scam texts with links to this site. 1 was on 20/06 and was regarding a DWP Energy Benefit that I was apparently entitled to, and the other was on 25/06 regarding an outstanding parking ticket fine. I do not pay the bills in my household, nor do I own a car (or even know how to drive). Please do not trust any rebrand.ly links you may receive.

I received a txt msg this morning from +447463833022. I spotted straight away it wasn't legit as there were 7 other numbers who had "Joined the chat" but it was a txt msg, not a chat. Plus the Web address didn't look right, nor the fact my car details/date of supposed infringement were included.
"Penalty Charge Notice : Records show that
you have an outstanding parking ticket. The deadline for parking tickets is 28 June 2025 and if you fail to pay your fine on time, you may be subject to further fines and interest and your credit history may be affected. After reading this information, please enter your car registration number into the link (there is no charge for completing the information) to check and pay your parking fines.

Please pay immediately before enforcement to avoid licence suspension and further legal trouble, thanks again for your co-operation.

Got a text from 07365 827137 - India based scammers asking to pay for parking fine with a rebrand.ly based address to click on (very smart (not really)).

The URL is rebrand.ly link. How can this company not know scammers are using its URLs?
